If I could give zero stars I would! Ordered a double big fish and a regular big fish. Was told they don't do that . So I ordered 3 big fish sandwiches. Drove to my house 20 minutes away. They made me chicken sandwiches instead! During lent . So, I called to complain.
Pam answered the phone and I started to explain nicely what happened. She hung up. Stay away from this BK!!!

This place disappointed me tonight. Me and my family stood in the cold trying to figure out why the lobby was closed 1 hour and 20 minutes early. We tried to open the doors and they were locked. This place is usually clean, friendly, and food is always good, but the workers were just sitting on their phones. The drive through was working just fine. I understand if they want to close the lobby 15-20 minutes early, but 1 1/2 hours early is insane. Other than that this place is awesome.

Came in and my order was a mushroom melt .Cheese was 1 not melted and had 3 mushrooms on it was cold.Dinning room was cold.

The food is alright for something quick, but you can tell it's fast food, many fast food industries have forgotten it was meant to be quality good food fast, and just made it fast.

They need to be nicer there. Tried handing my my bag in the drive thru with my card in one hand. I had to grab the card first so it wouldn’t fall. Didn’t give me and chance to put it away and then closed the window as I was saying something. (It was thank you). Then I could hear the lady through it he window say “move along folks” to me because I wasn’t fast enough leaving. I barely could get my card put away and set my bag down. Kindness goes a long way. Greeting customers and being courteous is not standard anymore.

Horrible service at this Burger King. Manager was shouting at the top of her lungs. We could hear her through the glass. Yes, Manager. We can hear you! Didn't have more than 1 purple bun thawed for Wednesday burgers and it was only 7:00 pm. Doors were already locked, 1 hr before closing. Manager refused to hand us our drinks one at a time, when I specifically requested it due to my small wrists and age. Instead, she stuck all drinks back in a carrier and shoved it in my face. I pity any employees working there. Awful environment. Manager needs to go into employee improvement program right now or find another position. We will never be back!

Similar experience as some reviewers, ordered onion rings, received French fries. My Rodeo King burger wasn't on the menu options, but they took that order and it was quite delicious.

There is a self-proclaimed manager who just came at 10 minutes after 5:00 into the child's Playland and yelled at my nonverbal autistic level 3 disabled son that he needed to leave that they are closed now here's my favorite part about this when I announced to her hey wait this is a handicap kid she proceeded to yell at me to leave and so I started packing up and leaving when I was headed out she was talking about me to the other employees obviously had a problem with me maybe it's the way I look but I asked her where her manager was and she said on vacation I asked her for her name and when she'll be back I don't know if she even gave me a real name I asked her for her name she's laughing all the way to the other door to go lock it up All right my friend but do you see my son who is 3 years old now throwing a tantrum doing self-harm hitting himself throwing himself on the ground screaming because you wouldn't let him go on the slide for 5 minutes I didn't see one single person in there there was no one being bothered and whatever happened to speaking nicely to customers and guests? How is this a manager how are we not on East 55th and St Clair by the way I was just spoken to.. I'm sorry not by the way I was just spoken to let me correct myself by the way my 3-year-old handicapped son was just spoken to literally woman get a grip Life is not that serious it's a sunny beautiful day let the kid go on the slide and don't scream in his face and don't be over there talking to your other employees about me either cuz that's not going to bother me That's not going to make me leave any faster that was disgusting that was a horrible display of really crappy customer service and I hope the next time your mom and your grandma go out to eat someone treats them the way you just treated my son .. with disrespect... You claim your name is Heidi you claim your boss's name is Ann and she'll be back Monday morning while we shall see won't we.

Listen has my life come to reviewing a Burger King? Yes. But listen okay. They make you pay for sauce and they don’t give you the right sauce. I even asked this time and they said it was in the bottom of the bag. I trusted you guys ?….it still wasn’t the right sauce.
