Went up to speaker finishing order on app, the lady(manager) gets on speaker and says she is on a timer I will have to come back around. I I went ahead and abandoned the app and ordered. I got up to the window and they did not have the fries. She stated she did not hear that( gentleman took my order). She then stated I would have to pull back around when I was willing to pay. I told her I was frustrated and she should walk ten steps and process the order. She told me to get out of her line. I will not go back if that much stress is based on the speed of getting through the line. I sat out in front for 15 minutes and ate when only one other customer pulled through the line. Horrible customer service.

The staff was extremely rude and unprofessional. No greeting, attitude the entire time, and no attempt to be courteous. Really disappointing experience.

Hard to rate higher than a one star when you place a mobile order and show up (after spending money) to a closed store. A hand written note on the door told me no one showed up to work. Cool. Fix your business or go out of it.

Seriously the happy meal toy is the paper burger king hat?? So is this location not participating in kids meal toys ? What a rip off and the food was cold too. The people dont even speak when you get to the window... they look at you with their hand out for the money without a word lol the next window just hands your food and shuts the window. No wonder this one is never busy and closes at 8pm

This is the best Burger King in Northeast Ohio. Food is always fresh, service is fast, and the staff is polite. I've been to this location probably more than 20 times now and I've never had a bad experience.

Another lovely evening out with the Mrs. we ventured down to the bronze Tucky and got to the Burger King at 14 Pearl Rd. overall five star is pretty nice. It looks like a updated interior updated furniture. It’s clean the bathroom was clean. They’ve got a nice kids area if you ever need to wrangle in them little kids, you can let them run wild in there that’s worth it. Wait and gold right there. Food was decent. The burger was a little small but overall the food was good not too bad it was about 17 bucks for both of us not horrible.

Manager kicked me out in drive through because her employee couldnt take a simple no sesame seed bun and proceeds to yell and complain saying I was the problem for her customers leaving but the problem was she just cant take a simple order will never attend again.

Very friendly employees. For the most part the orders are prepared correctly. They have a Playland that my grand kids enjoy. Bathrooms are clean. Lost a star on atmosphere because their tv is tuned to Fox.
