Manager/Owner: you can keep your generic response. I called Chipotle corporate and reported your multi-1-star reviews location: you're not resolving problems at your location. Consistently poor service, consistently dirty and out of silverware and napkins, consistently lousy food for takeout orders. Constantly mark food as ready when it's not even made yet. The area where you get napkins is usually out of napkins with no silverware and dirty. You can ask for silverware to be put in your take out order and they never do it. Got a notice my order was ready so I went there and it wasn't even started. While I was waiting they made it. Ice cold carnitas. Who wants ice cold pork? This Chipotle location is consistently terrible. I will not be giving it any more chances.

When We did a large order at 7 am for pick up at 10:50. When I walked in, the store was a mess. Ended up waiting till 11:15 before my moble order was done. Things were wrong, missing from the order, manager was rude said come back and we give you the side.

The order was not ready and instead of starting the order the 8 chipotle employees decided it was better to go in the back and watch videos. minutes later they begin the quesadilla, but instead of completing it they walk away back to watch more videos. Come back and finish my order. Turned out the quesadilla was never pressed and ice cold.

This place has drastically gone down hill. 1:30 Pm on a Saturday and you have one poor young girl working the food alone. Sheās out of just about everything for customers and visibly overwhelmed. No help from her manager (Iām assuming manager since heās drastically older) who is visibly frustrated with her and the status of the store. Time to drive further for better service.

Whoever the girl the is with dirty blonde hair in a bun working on 12/27 around 4pm fix your attitude!!!!! I never leave reviews anywhere but Brunswickās Chipotle is the worst experience everytime I go and today really topped it off for me. They have the worst service Iāve ever seen. I work in the food industry and usually give people the benefit of the doubt but every single time I go in there I leave very unsatisfied. If you donāt want to work there go find something elsewhere.
Here is my experience from today: I ask for light rice no biggie usually itās a lot for me. This girl puts a ball of white rice in it not even half a scoop of the spoon. I then ask for a little more and even apologized for asking. She then proceeds to grab the spoon and again, not even half a scoop. She then basically throws it on the counter not even in my bowl then slides it over while huffing and puffing and proceeds to the next person. They donāt even greet you they just stare at you with a blank face and wait for you to speak. Once you do speak up the look on their faces makes you feel like you were the one that did something wrong like thatās not their job to prepare your food??? Maybe chipotle needs to hire people that actually want to work and people will want to keep coming back. By what Iāve read from the other reviews seems like everyone gets the same experience or has a bad experience, how sad. I wouldnāt even give Brunswicks Chipotle 1 star if I could.
My god ease up on the salt/cilantro in the white rice!!! Its way too much, to the point my whole meal keeps tasting bitter, like baking soda.

If you are going to place an order from this location do it in person and not through the website or app. Almost every order placed through the app is incorrect in some way, itās almost like they intentionally neglect to read the order details and just wing it. Reluctantly, I tried again tonight and was let down again. I paid for extra portions of meat which is almost the cost of the order itself, and was given at best a quarter of a scoop. The rice was clumped together and the entire order was ice cold. Paid for chips and queso and got maybe 8-10 chips in the bag, the rest crumbs. Paid for a large drink and was told they were out of cup sizes but still charged me for it while giving me a kids cup.

This is my 3rd time coming to this location and they didnāt have any rice, cheese, or sour cream. The place was not busy at all but all the trash cans were full and the tables were a mess. Sounded like people were arguing in the back yelling at each other, very unprofessional. I will not be back after this experience. If I could give this place a zero star I would.
