Very disappointed with all the food on the counter by the register. There were 5 employees behind the counter and not one decided to clean that up.This is the last time I get food from here. And it was not busy. One other customer behind me

I visited the Chipotle on Main Street and was utterly disappointed. The food was subpar at best, lacking flavor and freshness. Not to mention, they were always behind schedule, making me wait longer than necessary. And when my order finally arrived, it was missing key ingredients, like guacamole or salsa. Even worse, they never got the portion sizes right – I paid a hefty price for a measly amount of food.To top it off, the place was always filthy, with dirty tables and floors. It's like they never heard of cleaning supplies! And don't even get me started on the lack of customer service. The employees seemed more interested in chatting amongst themselves than attending to the needs of customers. It's clear they don't prioritize customer satisfaction at this establishment.Overall, I wouldn't recommend this Chipotle to anyone. Save your money and your taste buds by dining elsewhere.

Quality has been going downhill for years, but this one was usually okay. Not lately. Normally I don’t bother with reviews, but occasionally I feel I need to speak. Today’s bowl was a double chicken with extra rice. I got the bowl and noticed it had NO chicken on it, so I went up to the counter and asked them to help fix it. They gave me two portion cups of very poor chicken, that I went home and weighed out since I had a curiosity and a suspicion I was being cheated. 4.2 ounces. The rice was not well seasoned, can’t taste any salt, the portions on everything are just bad. I wish it weren’t so, but I’m really struggling to enjoy this. And it seems they’ve taken away any ability to comment to the store directly, so here I am.Be wary, sometimes it’s good, but more often lately, it’s bad.

We got two bowls and 2 bags of chips…when we got home the bags of chips had like 10 chips and were stale. The bowls were cold…and the scoop of guacamole was like a tea spoon….I’m so disappointed ☹️
We ordered two bowls for pickup on the app, and both bowls were basically half empty when we got home. So disappointed. They also forgot to put the napkins and utensils in the bag.

Got my original order with white rice, pinto beans, steak, Pico de gallo, sour cream and guacamole. The white rice was very hard (probably undercooked) it was almost like eating little pebbles. So I decided to go back in to tell the workers what was wrong and they made me another bowl but with a different tub of the white rice. Brought the new bowl home with me getting ready to enjoy it, I take a bite and the rice is just as hard if not harder maybe the entire batch of that rice wasn’t cooked enough idk but i don’t have this problem at the Medina Chipotle.

I feel like every time I end up going they're out cheese lately, "fajitas" aren't cooked bowl from a few nights ago seemed like the peppers and onions were just cut, tossed together and ever so slightly warmed. Overall past 6-7 o'clock evening shifts food is always terrible. And don't online order from here unless you want a half a$$ed bowl just slopped to one side with barely anything in it. If you want good chipotle go to a different location.
