I'm obsessed. I have celiac disease and not only do they have delicious gluten free bread, they have an area to prepare food for people who have celiac. They make sure to ask me every single time I order something that needs gluten free bread if I have celiac. I cannot tell you how much I appreciate it. Their staff is ALWAYS extremely friendly and helpful. I love my Cool Beans stops! Thank you Cool Beans! I'm a forever fan!

Ordered the Westfield chicken wrap and 12 in Italian sub. There was no dressing on the wrap, no lettuce tomato or onion on the subs, and they didnt add mayo or oil and vinegar on the sub like we asked. How do you send everything out dry? Very disappointed with this visit.

I just went through the drive through to get a cup of coffee. At first I was overwhelmed with the menu. There were a lot of choices to pick from. I asked if I could get just a plain black coffee and Ash, the staff member, was very polite and said sure! The coffee was served hot and it is very good. The best thing for a medium cup was the price of 3 bucks. I was expecting to pay more. I will be back to try one of their chicken wraps or other food offerings.

The service was so amazing. The girl at the window explained in detail the options we had since it was our first trip. Trendy and tasty food options. Had a wrap and was very good and portion size was perfect. Alot of cold and hot coffee options. As well as bubble teas! Highly recommend!

The mocha tasted like burnt water filtered through a car's muffler... As for the food, I've seen more seasoning in a middle school lunch tray. No seasoning, no flavor, just a sad excuse for a menu with outrageous prices. **Edit (in reply to the owner's comment on my review): Instead of firing off ignorant replies to anyone who isn’t impressed by your sad excuse for “quality,” maybe spend that time actually fixing it. A business that refuses to take responsibility and lashes out at paying customers shouldn’t be surprised when the reviews reflect exactly what they served. Accountability isn’t optional just because you don’t like what you’re hearing. Hope that helps.
