I just ordered a large strawberry cheesecake blizzard with double cheesecake at around 9pm. There’s literally no cheesecake in this blizzard. How can you not follow simple instructions to put in the one ingredient I asked for double of? It’s simple instructions.

Young girl taking orders was not very pleasant on the drive-thru.
Drive thru, walk in, or 3rd party delivery, my food order is never accurate. I'm curious how hard it is not to put cheese on a burger when it's on paper NO CHEESE. Are y'all not able to read or just don't care?

I waited in the drive through for 20 mins, made a $35 order all I had was $50 bill and they refused to take my money Because I was paying with a $50. The change $14, went one town over with the same order and used my $50 bill.

My daughter and I went in to get a cake from the freezer for my boy’s 10th birthday. They had a great selection, however I had a hard time picking the right one. The girl at the front counter came over to offer help, and explained how the freezer selection was set up. Right after, I found a basketball cake- which was my son’s birthday theme! It literally made my whole day. The sweet girl wrote on his cake, and sent me home to make a birthday extra special. Thank you for your help and kindness!!
