I waited in the drive through for 20 mins, made a $35 order all I had was $50 bill and they refused to take my money Because I was paying with a $50. The change $14, went one town over with the same order and used my $50 bill.

My daughter and I went in to get a cake from the freezer for my boy’s 10th birthday. They had a great selection, however I had a hard time picking the right one. The girl at the front counter came over to offer help, and explained how the freezer selection was set up. Right after, I found a basketball cake- which was my son’s birthday theme! It literally made my whole day. The sweet girl wrote on his cake, and sent me home to make a birthday extra special. Thank you for your help and kindness!!

Bathrooms always dirty, young staff I get but some rude, won’t take legal tender money … doesn’t explain the blizzards correct to you when you as specific questions asking details, then blames you who said didn’t want chocolate ice cream… managers are rude, multiple messed up blizzards and orders and it’s always we have new staff bullshit ….. continues to get worse and worse each year in Brunswick…. “Ownership” will respond we hope you come back and we’re sorry, owner ship is not sorry, they are lazy to continue to have issues, dirty kitchen that’s not maintained…. Never ever admits complete fault ….. and 50$ bills and 100$ are LEGAL TENDER and must be excepted … u less another bullshit cashless place opened…. You can not say we do not except 50$s when people pay…. You have to take the money… it’s how we pay for things in AMERICA …. Foods cold most of the time…..

Tried to purchase 46.00 worth of a frozen birthday cake and a box of dilly bars handed cashier a 50.00 only to be told they do not accept 50s or 100s. Left with nothing. Don't know if I'll be back.
If you want an ice cream cake for your event definitely get it here. I called and told them my daughter loves volleyball and her favorite colors are purple and blue. She nailed it! The cake was not only yummy, but beautiful and got a lot of compliments.

Everyone is kind, but they do t care about cross contamination or cleanliness. Order a blue razz slushy and choked twice on peices of what I hope was cherries. Gave up on it and was grossed out. Won’t be visiting that one again. Had I need allergic it would have sucked

I ordered an ultimate cookie blizzard and wanted no nutter butter. The blizzard was loaded with nutter butter. I went back and was treated with “that’s not possible we’re out of nutter butter” which was a lie. And surprise surprise it smells like tasted like and even looked (you could see it) nutter butter. If that’s the service I’m going to receive after paying for a mediocre at best and expensive meal I’ll gladly go somewhere else. This location was always a nightmare sad to see nothings changed.
