Food was cold. Fries barley warm double fire cheeseburger was cold cheese cold slices on burger. 14 dollars. I want good not fast. I wasn't barley to a table they called my name. Shake was ok. This is why I don't go out anymore. It's always fast and horrible. DQ was always a favorite never again.

Absolute horrible experience. I ordered a custom cake and the name was spelled wrong! Took forever to fix. I also placed a mobile order for food and the cashier almost forgot my drinks. Worst experience at a DQ ever. Will not come back

Just stopped in for a quick dessert and had great service and a personalized desert for my son. They went the extra mile when they didn’t have to and brought it to our table as well and then got us extra napkins as our hands were full. Thanks!

I just picked up two custom design ice cream cakes that were decorated by Kay. Kay must have a giant soul because there is a piece of it in every cake she creates. She is truly a gifted artist. I was genuinely speechless. We will defintely order from her again. Thank you, Kay!

The food and service were great. The only drawback was about 20 unsupervised middle school kids that were loud and running around. They also trashed the place and 2 unfortunate employees had to pick up all of their trash. Ownership should consider limiting the amount of unsupervised children.
Kids working here on Friday nights are making their jobs fun and the atmosphere is outstanding. Some construction/renovations going on, but worth it to get some DQ. I can appreciate a good sense of humor and some self depreciating banter back and forth!! Haha will be back when the Blizzard itch hits again.
