Ordered pizzas tonight and spent almost $70 without the cash tip. Asked for half the pizza to have onions as someone here wanted someone, without onions (well don’t worry onions came on all of it), also paid extra for pineapple which was not even on the pizza at all! Paid for boneless buffalo chicken bites, they were overcooked and terrible! We used to order from here all the time, this will finally make it our last and final time. Absolutely terrible experience!!!!

Probably won't order from them said they could not deliver to my address but I have two addresses the one listed on my app listed when I called they said it could not be delivered(1315) but they said it was (1324) bullshit. I have two addresses listed on the app the one they mentioned was never listed and I got a screenshot of my order will probably never order from them again. Also tried to talking to them on maybe a discount or something but they didn't seem interested. Edit: even though I'm upset with them I'll tell you what Zach was a great guy but I still didn't get my order nor did I get any real help so on that note, I still may not do orders at this store or the medina one and I use to like them and this isn't the first time this has happened I'm done if you want tips (which I pay well on) then do better. I will not pay for sub par/no service

Pizza was good but very expensive if you don't have a coupon. Also my account was charged twice for my order. Once for the total amount and again for my the total plus tip. I thought the first charge would drop off the next day but it has been 4 days now. Update- after 7 days the pending charge dropped off.

Ordered online and was supposed to be $6.99 times 3, but it charged me $16.99 and 17.98. I called and they would not fix the issue as it did not properly put the $6.99 coupon per item on correctly. My pizzas were supposed to be ready by 6:20, I ordered before 6:00. I got there around 6:45 and my pizzas were still not ready, the man was passive aggressive saying I should download the app the next time I order a curbside.

Driver peeled out of my driveway flipping me off for no reason at all when I called to complain about is some rude Karen answered the phone and told me oh well and hung up on me worst services ever received by a company shouldn't be in business treating customers this way

I think Dominos in Brunswick Ohio is using a generic sauce on their pizzas. Because it really tastes bad now. More like disgusting. And I used to really like dominos.
