I don't think Ive ever actually left a review before but Im agitated right now. Ordered from here through doordash. Got 3 wake up wraps, a sandwich, hash browns, a cappuccino and a frozen coffee. Dunkin bagged everything together and either they or the driver handled the bag poorly, causing the cappuccino to spill and destroy all the food in the bag. Food and drinks are ALWAYS separately bagged for this reason. Doordash only refunded a portion of the order cost.

I mean this in the nicest way possible these workers get paid to not listen and mess around. I live right by dunkin and starbucks is too expensive for me so I have to pick my battles. I have been there many many times and every single time there is ALWAYS an issue. today I got a pumpkin spice latte with cream and sugar. instead of cream and sugar my receipt said extra milk. don’t think that’s the same but whatever. one time I ordered a hazelnut coffee and was given a matcha so I kindly told the worker what I ordered and she stood there and rolled her eyes at me and shut the drive thru window as if I was an inconvenience to her day. To be so honest this place is a waste. spend your money else where because the teenagers who work here have no idea what is going on around them and simply do not care at all. Let alone they are always out of donuts and when you can finally get one they are hard and they are so dry i would honestly much rather eat sand at that point

Again, worst Dunkin. NO NAPKINS AND ALL INDIVIDUAL ORDERS LUMPED IN 1 bag together! I ordered for separate people hence why I asked for 2 separate orders and they put them all together. Others have already stated this months ago so the owner/manager continues to ignore these complaints and do nothing about it.
Seems they are skimping on things to save money. I’ll never go here again and I will drive to the other Dunkin’s whom do it right and I never have had an issue.
Oh and the snackin bacon was a ball of under cooked grease instead of the crispy pieces of bacon that are cooked throughly like the other Dunkin places do.

Employees were nice but no napkins were given and I needed them for how messy my drink came out to be. It had stuff all over the outside of the cup. Donuts have also seemed to downsize quite a bit and even laid off on the amount of frosting they put on them as well. The one time I didn’t want too much of something was the cream in my drink and half of my cup was filled with it.

Neverrrrrrrr have donuts. Like it’s ridiculous that a donut place never has donuts. Doesn’t matter the time or day.
I have no issues with this location. I will note the staff always seem young, which could possibly explain some other people’s ratings. Also, people in general seem to expect stellar customer service for fast food locations, which simply isn’t the reality into today’s world. As long as the line moves fast, order is correct, and people aren’t rude/disrespectful, then I’m not going to down vote because I want properly greeted.

I walked in and was not greeted. I proceeded to wait at the register for 5-10 mins waiting for someone to take my order. Everyone kind of just started at me and did not say anything. I then walked out as it seemed no one wanted to help me .

This dunkin use to be so good and now it keeps getting worse and worse. I order Caramel macchiato and it was the worst caramel macchiato I ever had. Their coffee was burnt and there was no sweetener. I hope they get better because I use to love this dunkin and go there almost everyday.
