Burnt and dry, usually love east of Chicago but this was horrible. Simple cheese pizza with the cheese burnt and little to no sauce. Mozz stick had barely any cheese in them and were all stuck together

Unfortunately, the quality has diminished over the last few months. Pizza was overcooked and served to me with blackened cheese, and I was offered no recourse. 2 pizzas for 34$ with this quality isn't worth the brand anymore. Loved this location, but it's time to move on.

Pizza was good as always. Young man who took my order over the phone was awesome and I'm pretty sure he was the one who greeted me when I picked up the order. Nice Nice young guy.
Called to place order for 2 subs, both Italian, wanted one hot, and one left cold. They claim all subs need be cooked . I didn't order, but wonder if the lunch meats on the subs is old, and needs cooked to hide the fact it's not fresh.

Awful. These idiots took my order at 8:40PM. No food delivered and now they are closed at 10PM on a Friday. So we are all starving waiting a failure of a pizza shop

Ive ordered both delivery and take out many times from this location. The food is always great, for delivery they’ve always over delivered (was told 90 min wait, pizzas came in about 45 min), and the drivers are always friendly. Other EOC chains, have inconsistent food and service, but this is my favorite chain pizza in the area!
