I am surprised at the women thats in charge of taking calls ( i am not sure if this is the owner or not ) I hear the owner is as bad with attitude towards ppl . Well I called to place an order on a Saturday night. I asked the lady on the phone , " what was the special of the night " or if they had any deals " she replied " what ever specials were delivered to your mail box , " I said " I think I might've gotten those but I don't remember the specials & i don't think it had a expiration date it said "limited time offer " ( wasn't sure if the coupon was still good ) she quickly says with a nasty attitude, well if it don't have an expiration date, then that should tell you the coupons are good. Are you ready to place your order !? I don't have all day. I told her to have a good day . And I will never place an order with them or try to again. I instead went to " Gioninos pizza," in Brunswick and they were lovely to take my order and even gave me the specials without even asking . Plus added a coupon to my order .

Today was a failure, they are usually great. Today was a joke for and 1/2 a slice of tomato, same with the wife's burger. Just so sad. :(

This is from one experience as this place is normally really good. I ordered a 12" Italian and paid for extra pepperoni and salami only to get home and see that the only meat on the sub was ham. 1 layer of ham. It was all teenagers there talking the whole time instead of paying attention to the task at hand. Another customer was there and aggravated as his order was also wrong. Great place when they are on , but boy were they off Saturday.

Food arrived 15 minutes late and was cold. Barely any toppings on our taco pizza. Wings were not coated well. I was asked to sign a receipt when they delivered which asked if I wanted to give an additional tip. Like how much more do you want out of me...you got $3.50 for delivery and $5.00 for a tip because that doesnt go to thedriver. Food was under $20.00. Based on reviews looks like this place is tanking.

Ordered a taco pizza, it barely had any toppings. We order taco pizza all the time and it has never looked like this. We called and were told that the gentleman we're speaking with personally made it and there is nothing they could do because they know its fine. We called again and spoke with the manager who also told us she personally made it and this is how it always comes.

Horrible customer service, sent my mother there with my wife and said they were not friendly. Order hot wings they gave us plain. Sent my mom back up there to get her money back and they refunded her then charged the amount again so didn’t even get the refund. Just let it go cause I figured they are struggling and I can see why. First time I ordered wings from there they didn’t even mix the wings in the sauce, they put it on the side. Fair to say I will never order there again, just thought I would give them a second chance, very disappointed they ripped my mother off. Luckily for them I had to watch my son cause it wouldn’t have happen if I was there. My mom is a lot nicer than I am.
