i ordered from doordash and everything was taken by the dasher, so jessica (i believe that’s her name) called and confirmed everything and was so sweet and understanding. they remade my food and made the dasher confirm the delivery before he left so it wouldn’t happen again which i appreciated so so much :). the food is also FANTASTIC. i will definitely be ordering again !💗

Very clean place when you walk in. Customer service is GREAT! Everyone is always so friendly. Spanish music playing while you wait for your food that you cant help but to dance to lol. Authentic Puerto Rican food but they also have Tacos, Quesadillas, and sandwiches. My favorite items are the Yuca fries, Corn fritters, Mofongo, Yellow rice and Pernil. Which all pair really well with their garlic cilantro sauce or mayoketchup sauce. Very Affordable prices and they are delicious. I will definitely be returning.

Wow! Everything is delicious! Ordered tacos to eat on location. Took a variety of empanadas home and cheesecake. The cheesecake was phenomenal. Especially enjoyed beef and plantain empanada! Worth the drive! Must try it for yourself!

The food was really good, the place was nice and clean and the one lady was very nice and polite, but she was the only person running everything in the store. I felt bad for her cause I could tell she needed help so it could run more smooth and faster then it did.

Decent quality for the price. Check bag before heading home. Was missing an item despite paying for it while waiting 20 minutes for it to be ready.
Have come twice in the last week when google stated it’s open. I believe they’re permanently closed, which is frustrating. Update your business hours online, or write a note on the door other than the typical sign that only says “closed”

Ordered food online at 11:51 and the order was suppose to be ready at 12:10. Arrived at 12:05 to locked doors and the lights off. Called the store nobody answered. Called the parma location and was informed that they're short staffed and that they were on their way and the new pick up time would be 1:15 or we could cancel the order for a refund. Talked to the people I ordered food with and we agreed 1:15 would be okay so we called back the parma location and told them let's go ahead with the order. Arrived at the store at 1:15 the kitchen lights were still off and we were informed they had just opened. Ended up getting our food at 1:35. The food was okay. Made me sick afterwards but it tasted good the first time.
