Do you remember when chipotle used to give you actual portions? When a $10 burrito was the size of your head?
Hot Head does, and they add their own spin with sauces and a wider variety of toppings. Worth it every time.
I never knew about this place. I've been there 3 days in row. I love it! Chipotle is little brother to Hot Heads.

I came in last night with a coupon, only to be met with a very hostile attitude from the young lady with the purple hair when inquiring about what meals were included in the coupon. Customers deserve respect. I won't be back!

My wife and I loaded the family in the car so we could get food at Hot Heads. I was greeted by a locked door and this sign citing âstaffing issuesâ. As stood there I saw an able-bodied person inside behind the counter. There is NO reason why this person couldnât have made our entrees for us. If they are out of some ingredients and donât have time to prepare them thatâs fine, but only having one person isnât a reason to close. This is the 3rd time Iâve encountered a locked door during business hours at this location. Itâs almost as if the kids who work here are just locking the door and putting up signs so they donât have to do anything. If they were really short staffed, they shouldnât have anyone there at all. Iâm very disappointed.

They used to be very good. But recently theyâve been slacking. I always get a bowl and they used to fill it up but recently theyâve been half filling and legit barely give you enough rice or portion your stuff out like not no beans and no rice and meat and shit in here. Idk if itâs because my ex just started working there. But do better.

When they get your order right, this place is one of the best and most affordable fast-casual spots for burritos and tacos around. However, theyâve gotten our orders wrong so often that I always double-check the bag before leaving.

1 star for the service I received today, the gentleman with the hand tattoos was very nice and apologized for the way I was treated. The woman working 01/22 had her thong pulled over her hips showing, proceeded to tell me I was making my burrito wrong (even though itâs customizable) and when I ordered my Cantino Nachos âthe way the menu showsâ she told me âI have to customize themâ and I said â I would just like it the way it says on the menuâ and she replies âso you want nothing else added to make it your own?!â Very rude. Also an older male working there just watched her be mean to customers and didnât say anything.
