Hotshots Sports Bar and Grill Brunswick, OH

First and last time going, unbelievably horrible service. Sat for 30+ minutes without being greeted by a server, and had to grab a manager to look at the menu. Meanwhile tables on both sides of me who showed up after my party of 3, were already finishing their food and drinks. Finally we were able to order, and our server disappeared for another 40+ minutes before we had to go searching for a manager again. Once we found the server in the back on her phone, we tried cancelling our order after the horrid service and the server wouldn't let us.

My party was seated for over an hour and 20 minutes before we could get a single beer. When we asked the server, she said our drinks were made and someone took them, which still doesn’t explain the 80+ minute wait to get a single beer. Our food came out bland and greasy, and we asked for the check as soon it hit the table, which then started another 20+ minute ordeal of getting to-go boxes and paying so we could leave.

Overall we spent 2+ hours and $100+ for bad food and easily the worst service I’ve ever had. I regret bringing my party in from out of town, and will not be back.

This place hired me to be the assistant manager for the kitchen never paid me for the assistant manager's position lied to me about the hours I was going to work and then shorted me on my check. They have people here who work here that do drugs get drunk and do not do their jobs and keep those people around paying them under the table.. you do not want to eat here.

This place is a hidden Jem!! Great food. Pricing is fair if not lower then competition. Huge inside with a huge bar and over 20 TVS.

Came up with my hubs and grown son. Shot some darts, had some appetizers and watched the baseball and Ohio state games. Lots of sports on the TVs and our server, Zariah was so sweet and attentive. Food was very good. Sandwich burger and wrap hit the spot.

Zariah and the managers always give great service and are very attentive towards customers. Great atmosphere and revamp of the old building. The go-to if paninis is a 5 hour wait

We got the pleasure of having Destiny as our waitress and Ted the manager would check up on us. We only came in for drinks, and as soon as we walked in, it was a very welcoming atmosphere with a great staff!

I'm actually sitting in the restaurant writing this review, Zari (our waitress) is absolutely one of the friendliest and most conversational people I've ever spoken to, not to mention the manager was actually on the floor and checking on how people were doing which I love to see. Not to mention the food was top tier for mid prices. Highly, HIGHLY recommend this place, unless you hate great food, wonderful service, and a top tier atmosphere.

Ordered well done wings and got rubber Tyson Wings that I could have bought at Giant Eagle!

The food is good, just wish I was able to order since my waitress only showed up to my area 3 times in a span of 2.5 hrs. And no, it wasn't busy. Oher than the bar, my group was the only one really there at the time. When she finally showed up another time I didn't get to order because she handed me the bill. 2 drink in almost 3 hrs. Disappointing.

This place is amazing! A great addition to Brunswick something new and different! The Kentucky glaze bbq was delicious and they’ve got the best blue cheese. Service was great food came reasonably quick definitely will be back!
