Unbelievable service, attention to detail, the gentleman that made my sandwich was surgical , precise, a sandwich doctor. Not only do they have the best food they have the best staff thanks team!

To many mistakes not only are they over priced but when you get home and it's not the way you asked for it cause they shuffle you to the cash register if you take your eyes off them for a second you end up paying for something you didn't ask for

Horrible all I can say is. Thay put so much oil and vinegar on the sandwich it was like it was in the rain for an hour. This place needs to step up the game. 6/18/25

Very clean. Friendly, efficient employees. Service was very fast, even during lunch hour.

In a nutshell not that impressed with today usually they are spot on, but today and yes it is partially my fault I always write extra onion in the notes because they never give enough onions and I had never had a problem usually Jersey Mikes is fire but, I quite literally got half a raw onion tossed onto my philly cheese maybe its my fault for not specifically saying I wanted grilled onions had never had this problem in the past with like the dozens of phillys maybe someone new but just a bad experience so just saying you gotta be exact with your words because I guess people can't assume that a hot subs means hot onions anymore.

Ordered online, it was quite busy at the time I arrived, but as soon as I stepped inside, I was aknowledge, greeted, and asked what I needed. In and out. Great experience.

Staff was very friendly and accommodating!
My poor marks are for this reason: the same person ringing up the bill for the food is the same person wrapping and bagging the subs and never changed their gloves after touching the screen or form of payment!
The other issue was the person cutting the meat and making the sandwich had a full beard and was not wearing a beard guard.
I have experienced in the food service industry and what I saw was not considered good practice for food service!

Was very disappointed with the quality of the food. Bread was old and crusty. Asked for extra mayo and received no mayo.

Nothing is better than an Italian sub done Mike’s way.!
