Jersey Mike's Subs

In a nutshell not that impressed with today usually they are spot on, but today and yes it is partially my fault I always write extra onion in the notes because they never give enough onions and I had never had a problem usually Jersey Mikes is fire but, I quite literally got half a raw onion tossed onto my philly cheese maybe its my fault for not specifically saying I wanted grilled onions had never had this problem in the past with like the dozens of phillys maybe someone new but just a bad experience so just saying you gotta be exact with your words because I guess people can't assume that a hot subs means hot onions anymore.

Ordered online, it was quite busy at the time I arrived, but as soon as I stepped inside, I was aknowledge, greeted, and asked what I needed. In and out. Great experience.

Staff was very friendly and accommodating!
My poor marks are for this reason: the same person ringing up the bill for the food is the same person wrapping and bagging the subs and never changed their gloves after touching the screen or form of payment!
The other issue was the person cutting the meat and making the sandwich had a full beard and was not wearing a beard guard.
I have experienced in the food service industry and what I saw was not considered good practice for food service!

Hot Sandwiches…cold restaurant (always)

Was very disappointed with the quality of the food. Bread was old and crusty. Asked for extra mayo and received no mayo.

Gluten free option always a win

I ordered the Portobello sub to go. I walked from the store to my car and opened the sub and the bread was soaked! It was black, very soggy and unappealing! I understand there will be some juice with portobello mushrooms but this was excessive! 3 stars only because the staff was polite.

I just had my first experience eating at jersey mikes and I’ll definitely be coming back here regularly for lunch. The staff was very nice and the food was better than i was anticipating. 5 stars

I got one sandwich here and will not be returning. The bread was stale, the sandwich had very little flavor, and the lobby area was dirty.

The Area manager is always great to us. A customer didn’t realize that Oil came on the sub when it was ordered Mike’s way and gave us the sub that was messed up at AT&T foods always good.

Onions,peppers,& mushrooms were Not evenly spread around. More meat at one end than the other. Onions were way to long,at least 3 inches, were Not chopped very good.
