Ordered off the app. Was never told that Uber was going to be picking up the order until after I placed the order. Uber took over an hour, never got my food. Cancelled. Very disappointed.

The next time I have a taste for a lettuce wrap i might be back. Hardly any meat all lettuce in my Italian wrap. Worst experience ever.
Stopped in to try the pickle sandwich. Colton took our order and had Excellent customer service skills. Very refreshing. The sandwich and Colton five stars! Lastly keep the pickle sandwich a regular menu item!

I ordered a BLT on wheat. The bacon was not cooked and bread was frozen. I called in and the person on the phone says we don’t warm our sandwiches and the bacon is pre- made we just dump it in the container. So if you want a frozen BLT I suggest you try that location! $25.00 for a cold sandwich! Geez! Thanks! Waste of money!

This Jimmy John's location in Brunswick, Ohio is a good one! Staff here is very nice, restaurant is clean, and they are quick to make your sub! We have never had a issue with this location overall.
