We stopped in here on our way to the Cleveland Clinic from southern Indiana. They are right off I-70, exit 226 and they’re just west of the interstate on the left. Easy access and a quick little stop. 🏎️
The employees are very friendly and willing to get you what you want! (some places, the employees act like they’re put out by the customer) The restaurant is very clean, spotless actually! The food was ready in short order too! 😁👍
We had the boneless chicken tenders, and they were absolutely FRESH and DELICIOUS!!! 😋😋😋 Next time we’re going to try the mashed potato poppers! They look AMAZING!!!
If you’re looking for a quick snack to go, or just want to go in and sit down for lunch or dinner, we can definitely recommend THIS little KFC! Some aren’t quite so nice and clean, but THEY are a great example of what a good clean little restaurant SHOULD be! 😁👍

You're staff is literally not responding to cars in the drive through and on their phones. You should change your closing time to 7:30
I thought I try this location but it is a waste of time. I was not greeted and the staff had no customer service focused mannerisms. The food was okay but super rude employees. They seem to be complaining at one another.

the staff here really know how to treat their customers!! i stopped here expecting the usual blah and rude staff that seem to be everywhere, but they were thankfully the opposite. very welcoming atmosphere and i wasn’t rushed or bothered. samantha especially was especially pleasant to me, and had everything out super quick!! quick, easy, painless

This Brunswick KFC is horrible. They never repeat never get your order correct and they are always so rude. After not going for a few months I thought I’d try them again and based on past experience I built my order on KFC website and almost when out of way to the Strongsville location because I loathe the Brunswick store so much. But I tried the Brunswick store and committed the sin of ordering a large side and drink with the combo meal. The female working the drive through said you can’t upsize the side and drinks of the combo meals; I explained I built the order on the KFC website and it allows you to upsize so I didn’t know why I couldn’t. She had the audacity to respond “well do you want to order it on the internet or what”. I responded yes actually I will and I left. I am done with this location.
