AVOID THID PLACE! Waited an hour for an order and half of it was missing, the chicken that was there was so greased up it soaked through the box it was packaged in and into the bag covering everything. The chicken was soggy and mushy and basically inedible. They also were rationing the potatoes for war apparently. I never really complain about fast food as it's already a very low bar of standard but come on.

I was craving some KFC at 7:30 pm on a Saturday night. I hit the drive thru at 7:38, and was told they were closing in ten minutes and had no fried chicken pieces. What? I asked why and the employees expressed frustration at management. Not a well run location. Center Rd. in Brunswick, Ohio. I had the same experience several weeks ago when the place was closed at 8 pm on a weekend night. This location must be struggling. I'll get my chicken elsewhere. Looks bad for the KFC brand.

The chicken sandwich I got the entire bottom bun was soggy due to you guys putting the pickles on the bottom of the sandwich instead of the top like there supposed to be, and the fries you gave me were horrendous it taste like you scraped them off them bottom of the fryer for weeks and then put them in a box and served them to me. Foul and ignorant
