Yesterday's visit in the Brunswick 303 KFC. We enjoyed our food very much the Chicken was perfect so we gave a big thumbs-up to your Master chef cook Quintin ?? all our pcs of chicken was perfect. We will be back.
The tenders were cold. Its the second time been to this place and both times the food was cold and probably been sitting in the kitchen for over couple hours.

I used to always love getting the 12 family bucket. However the last 3x that I have gotten it they have shorted me on food. I don't ever check the bag because they always give you this look like "get out of my drive thru". I think I'm just done with this place. It's like 42 bucks for that meal.

12/2/2023 stopped into the drivethrough around 7pm. Lady cashier said order when you're ready, but I wasn't ready (I dont frequent KFC and had to help my 75 y/o Mom navigate the menu), but 10 seconds later, I get a WAY TOO annoyed sounding "HELLO?!?!"." Yeah, hello there, just taking a moment to read the menu""(no response from the cashier)"Got mean mugged at the window like I was ruining her day haha. Yikes. There was maybe one person behind me and a guy ordering inside. If that's stressful for a staff of three and my 10-20 sec menu perusing is holding you up, maybe we apply for another position elsewhere, ma'am.Did get our food pretty quick, ordered a three piece but only received two pieces. Now, is that bc I took too long to respond to you or can you not count? ?I wasn't driving back here from Hinckley to get one lousy piece of chicken and from the demeanor of the staff....I'll just go to Medina next time (which I did, on the way see Xmas lights at the fairgrounds!! Mac-n-cheese wraps are great btw!). If you have a chip on your shoulder, don't bring it to work...whether you're a CEO or a drive thru cashier. Didn't let it ruin my night at all, but definitely felt the need to leave a review. If the same franchise owns both Medina & Brunswick, maybe have them crosstrain bc Medina staff is very polite, made our food fresh (had to wait, but didn't mind) and they can also accurately count to three.

3 time been there at 7 closes at 8 out of chicken for nite never going back bad management!!!!!
Chicken is pretty good. Cost is a bit high for nuggets. My fiance watched an employee wearing air pods kick around some chicken on the floor. Probably won't be back after seeing that.

they served old fooddo not eat herethe guy took it out of an old warmer and asked if they had enough.i should have looked at it before i left .....do not eat hereshould have known this is a rotten place thatnobody is ever in the parking lot or drive thru

Walking into KFC for first timeIt was eye catching! Inside area look awesome and dining room set up felt open & comfortable.Store was clean and staff greeted me as walked up counter.The online cost BETTER than in store by FAR so ordered thru app.I expected some wait it was wknd @dinner time. After 25mins of wait,I had to ask staff make sure order went thru.It was overlooked but made soon after I inquired..Chicken had sat under lights longer than usual(?) I assume bc way smaller pieces skin seemed tough kind of crispy drumsticks.Regret ordering chocolate cake. Seemed dryer than norm & left stale after taste in mouth .

I went at 4:30 to get the $20 fill up box thinking I'd get atleast hot food since its almost dinner rush ha I was sooo wrong. I even had to wait 15 minutes for my food and it literally was not even warm, the chicken was rubber the fries were soggy and the biscuits were ice cold and hard. KFC is worse than McDonald's anymore. What a waste.
