Now this location definitely went through a rough time for a while. But now i go here almost everyday. It’s amazing. The pizza is always fresh. They work efficient and always have a smile on their face when I walk in. It’s under new management and everyone seems to be having a better experience. Sweetest people i’ve met.

Ordering was very good experience the girl on the phone was nice she went above and beyond to make sure the driver would call me when he reached my place of employment so I could go outside and grab the food. The driver got there in a very fast time frame called when he was out front. he was extremely nice even brought the food inside for me. I am extremely happy with the experience and highly recommend 10/10

TL:DR: Childish employees screw around with customer’s accounts.

I placed a Take Out order at the Marco’s Pizza on Pearl Road in Brunswick, Ohio on March 25th at 6:34 pm and select the option to receive email alerts about my order. After 40 minutes I do not receive an email that my order is ready, and the status on the app says it is still being made. I call the store and am immediately placed on hold. After 10 minutes on hold I hang up and my wife and I make dinner, as we have 2 children and could not wait any longer.

The next day, I call the store and explain the situation to the associate who answered the phone, asking that they remake my order that I was charged for. They asked that I hold while they speak to their boss. A minute later someone picked up the phone (I am not sure if this is the same person, but they did not identify as a manager) and was adamant that I called the store twice the previous day and that both times they told me that the order was ready. I told them that this was simply untrue and we go back and forth a couple times before I told them that I am going to have my credit card company reverse the charge before ending the call. At that moment, I figured that the associate was either lying to cover themselves or they were confusing me with someone else.

At around 8:30 pm that evening I noticed an email confirmation from Marco’s Pizza that I received at 7:31 pm confirming an order on my account that was placed at 7:18 pm. I did NOT place this order. I called the store again and asked the answering associate to connect me to their manager (I could not tell if this was the same person I spoke to a couple hours earlier, but this person sounded like a child in his early teens). He asked to me to hold and then immediately picks up the phone again claiming to be the manager. After insisting that I speak to a manager, the associate puts me on hold again for about 10 seconds and then answers the phone with a mock high pitched voice claiming again that they were the manager. At that point I hung up the phone. I chose not to drive to the location to speak to the employee(s) directly as I did not want to give them an opportunity to lie about that interaction as well.

I have been a customer at this store for years and up until this incident, I have never had to deal with anything like this. In fact, this is the most unprofessional behavior I have ever experienced at any type of restaurant in my life. The manager of this location needs to remove the associate or associates who were working that evening and ensure that in the future there is an adult present who will not allow that type of behavior. Alternatively, the manager himself needs to be removed. For a store employee to play games by entering an order on MY ACCOUNT is incomprehensible.

First time I ordered here was for a school event, which were long wait times but still decent tasting. Second time was because they offered a free pizza due to not being ready for the first night. What I ordered was a pepperoni and bacon pizza, what I got was them remaking it when I got there due to missing a topping, great, right? I was handed a box with the rest of my order after about 12 minutes. When I picked it up, the grease ran a little onto my coat. Thought it was fresh and a bit of pepperni grease. I then stood in the parking lot for 2 minutes, letting grease run out of the box so I could place it in my car. At this time I had already waited and just wanted to get something home to my family. Not only was it greasy, but it was still the wrong pizza from what I ordered. It was, by far, the greaseiest pizza I have ever seen.

Ordered online , showed up well after the pizza was supposed to be done according to the online timer , pizza wasn’t even made yet , manager mind as well been working alone as the employees looked lost , no pleasant “ sorry for the wait “ when the order was finally ready , some honesty when someone comes in for a pickup and the order hasn’t been made yet would be nice , don’t make it sound like it’s in the oven and on its way out

Look. I never leave reviews. But marco's is for some reason stuck with using door dash, which is fine most of the time but this time it was terrible, the driver (not marcos) cussed me out because I said it was the wrong order and the harrassment continued when she came back.

This was NOT the fault of marcos. I am reaching out to door dash to make sure my neighbors never have to deal with this.

In the end the management handled it professionally and got me what I needed plus more. That, is how you maintain a business.

So even though it was ridiculous... you made it right.

I must add that the Marco's actual driver that brought my food could not have been kinder and more of a proper representative.

Ordered food for the family just to get there to be told they don’t have staff or pizza dough so they canceled my order. This Marcos needs some serious help. Same stuff would happen when my daughter would have her fundraisers there.

The pizza was delicious. A good deal at $8.99 for a large two topping pizza. The staff didn't see my on-line order until I showed up. They made it quickly. Place was a little grungy. Great pizza.

This is my 5th or 6th order from them, the pizza is good no complains on the quality.

The online ordering process is ridiculously bad, they need new software - that works.

I used a coupon to order a two topping pizza, ( pep & sausage ) it showed up with sausage only and that sausage wasn't enough for the size of the pizza it was pretty skimpy.

I'll give it another try after they come up with a new web site that was made in this century. This was the second time my order from a coupon didn't work as expected.

Do not order from here. I ordered food at 930 and never got my food. Worst service, they use doordash for delivery so they have an excuse as to why you don't receive your food. Just terrible service through and through.

I’d give 0 stars if I could. This place is terrible, and the customer service is god awful don’t even waste your time calling someone as they lie about who you’re speaking with & claim they are managers helping you, yet are NOT. I asked to speak with the general manager and waited on hold for over 30 minutes before getting hung up on. Should I mention, they gave me an empty pizza box and are refusing to refund it, after their “supposed manager” stated she did refund it. What a joke this place is. Save your time & energy & go to fat bobs right down the road!

Horrible place, horrible experience. Ordered online, delivery said 30 minutes. After an hour called, they said we will deliver a pizza that had been sitting for 30 minutes. Told them not to deliver a cold pizza and manager CJ or Steve hung up. Called back demanded refund and was hung up on again. Will do everything in my power to spread the word of how horrible this place is! Horrible customer service, horrible employees. Consider bulldozing!

the pizza itself is not bad, but I found two hairs in the pizza and I also saw that they make it without gloves, it's so disgusting
