i can't count the times I've went there and they have made mistakes. it's close to home and not having enough time to make something at home, and i keep hoping things change. the work ethic is horrible after 3:00 when most of the kids are running the show, management doesn't know how to dill with the problem or the people with a complaint,it's unbelievable.
Bad drivethru service and after I went inside they couldn’t let me know apparently you’re required to fill your own cup after waiting for sometime. The rude young guy in a different uniform following me informing him about all the issues with service said basically that I’m an idiot waiting for my drinks. They should at least not expect everyone to know that they are now too good to fill your drinks. How about say, grab a cup or at least hand me a cup because it shouldn’t...read full review

The staff is attentive and knowledgeable. The restaurant also has a spacious and detailed play area that can accommodate many children, complete with a big slide. Ordering is now electronic and service is fast. The entrance and food order section is immaculate and clean. It offers nuggets, fries, a chicken sandwich, and big drinks. However, the Play Place area is not so clean and the slide needs something done about it. The parking is bad and the kid-friendliness is not good. The service is horrible with a very bad attitude.
