Avoid this location at all costs. treating your customers with distain, a bad attitude and rudeness are all prerequisites to work here. The group that owns this place is so cheap, they dont even have sugar packets on the counters for your coffee and they'll scoff at you if you ask for a straw or a creamer. They pulled out the soda machines so you cant get refills, every hand sanitizer is empty but i wont complain about that cuz the old lady that runs the register (wearing pink bunny ears) that's constantly picking her nose needs it more than I do.
Kid-friendliness: cool big play structure i would have loved to play on as a kid. prolly the only plus at this location.

The food is just not what it use to be. I stopped eating here 3 years ago, but on occasion we let your boys grab something. Plus the prices are so high now. You can just about eat at a much better place for the same price.

Fries were cold probably because we waited so long for our food. Got the wrong sandwich ,and all the tables in the play place were dirty. The restrooms needed cleaning also.

what a dump, nobody at the counter, no drink refills, buckets of dirty water on the floor due to a leaky roof, bathrooms were filthy, the food that arrived at the table after about 30 minutes was cold, then had to wait another 30 minutes to get somebody to the counter to retrieve the food that was forgotten.... overflowing trash cans..... the quality of service, or lack there of doesn't justify the cost of the food...... would give 0 stars if that was an option.... at least the kids could play in the playland...
