I’ve never written a negative review before, but this location is so poorly run that I feel compelled to share our experience.
We’ve brought our kids here a few times because the play place is actually nice, clean, and the giant red slide is a huge hit. Unfortunately, the service completely ruins the experience.
On our most recent visit, we waited over 45 minutes for our food, and several items were missing. Once your order disappears from their screen, good luck— they continue making everyone else’s food while you stand at the counter trying to get someone’s attention. Acknowledgement is rare, and follow-through is worse. It felt like no one cared at all.
At one point, I went back up just to get a straw because the self-serve station was empty. I stood there 5 - 8 minutes, completely ignored, while an employee walked right past me without acknowledging me. I eventually had to stop them just to ask for a straw.
You’ll wait longer for food at this McDonald’s than you would for a steak at a sit-down restaurant.
One important comparison: we ordered through the app and received our food in a reasonable amount of time. However, our family members who ordered at the kiosk waited over an hour and a half by the time all missing items were finally corrected.
To top it off, the dining area was dirty. Tables had food stuck to them from previous customers, and I had to clean off our own table before we could sit down.
The play place may be nice, but the lack of organization, cleanliness, and basic customer service makes this location incredibly frustrating. We won’t be returning.

From the time we got in line to order to when we got our food was a 55 minutes, was afraid to make the special order? I needed. Because of the time length, it took two order.And them being severely short staffed and not getting it right.

Laurel square McDonald's is the worst McDonald's that I have ever been to. The food is always cold. When I get my food at the drive-thru or the pickup it doesn't matter. It's cold. It's slapped together. Half of their staff have attitudes. I will never go there again

Order # 1377 here. Just left 5 minutes ago with a drive through order. I understand you're short staffed tonight and told your team multiple times the long wait was okay. What's NOT okay is room temperature food. I'm extremely disappointed with this location. Get your act together. Fries and chicken nuggets should at least be warm not room temperature. What a waste of money and disappointed big time in this unprofessional location.

Extremely fast service. The staff here is always friendly. The orders are always right. I like it when they greet you with a smile, it's a nice touch.
Horrible service. Waiting 35 minutes for a curbside order and still had to go in and get it. After taking 10 more minutes getting someone to get my food . Not a single employee asked if they could help me .or take my order like they are supposed to the lack of customer service is ridiculous. How is this place even running incompetent employees all around . With zero skills that should know how to do the job that they are getting paid to do. I will not be back to this location. Go to the one on center instead

This McDonalds is beyond a letdown. Sadly enough my kids love to play here and i keep giving them chance after chance. Every time i am beyond disappointed, and sometimes scared to even eat the food. The manager Kyle, is rude and dismissive over everything. This location has been run into the ground. It use to be something Ohio has never seen before due to the playground, and nowadays it's a joke. C'mon people lets force a change here..

I waited 20 minutes for my food and this is what I got. I guess this is the quality you can expect when you order a McDouble at this restaurant. I don't even know what that is but I definitely am not going to eat that!

Recently relocated; and let me tell you this McDonalds location is horrendous. It is absolutely not normal for McDonalds service to be like this. They ration out burger toppings like its wartime, they dump half your fries in the bag while putting them in the bag. They always forget something; sauces, straws, etc.
Wanna go in to make sure you got what you ordered? Be prepared to wait upwards of 10-15 minutes, as the last time I did this, the manager didn't even bother doing the ocassional look of the dining floor to see if anyone new came up to the register.
The only cool thing I would say is that they have a play place.
