Went through the drive thru aug. 10th about 5:30 PM got the entire order wrong...went back through the drive thru, again nothing was fixed, and they gave us the same exact items. Had to go into the store...the woman at the front accused us of saying we ordered it wrong...twice.... finally gives us our food, we opened one if the other items in the order...again completely wrong. We took the loss. 0/10 experience.....I reccomend the KFC across the street if youre going to get fast food

This is the closest location to my home. They consistently mess up drink orders and any special request in general. The cup is completely filled with ice. I’ve reported this in the app, it does no good. The employees have been employed there for a long time too.

A very non-punctual restaurant. Are supposed to open at 5 AM every day and they average opening up 10 or 15 minutes late. A loss of profits and not there for their customers.

Riddled with incompetence. I would fire everyone and try again. I can’t remember a time this location made an entire order correctly. Its actually pathetic.
i like going here generally!! but today when i went to get some food i had to wait almost 5 minutes for anyone to take my order, then again for someone to take my money, then for my food to be made. the whole thing took me 15 minutes. normally it’s whatever, but there was only one other car there? maybe there were mobile orders though, if so i totally get it! but after the long wait, and finally going home, my shamrock mcflurries werent even BLENDED. i just mixed it with my spoon but it still really tasted like gross green syrup :((
ALSO just in general i come here a lot after work, and while i know i come in kinda late (usually 9-10pm) the workers are NEVER enthused to see me and its like, i know im not wanted but you can at least pretend! fast food isnt always fun, i know that, but if you can joke around in the back with your coworkers (something i hear a lottt when im eating in) you can at least be nice to me??

Just got a QP with cheese and bacon via the drive though. Ice cold. Bacon even had dried fat on it. Guess the microwave was broke.
