All I was doing was making small talk and was met with empathy not comman in regular people let alone food service workers. Food was excellent as well but that's a given. Great food and even better customer service. They really take care of first timers. One of the managers gave me a card for a free sandwich which is how I ended up there to begin with. Then they gave me another free sandwich card after my first order. They took the time to explain everything on top. The brisket was excellent and the Mac and cheese was great as well. Phenomenal experience.

I am blown away by the customer service here. I forgot to get the girls name that was helping us but all I can say is, she was extremely nice! They ran out of the ribs we ordered, so she gave us a refund and added over a pound of meat of our choosing! We always come to this location even though it’s not the closest but this type of service is why! The food is fantastic as well 🤍

Absolutely amazing experience here 10/10 in everything. We were greeted first thing we came in the door and had the menu explained to us which was very helpful. After ordering our food came out within 4 minutes. It was hot and looked great. The portion sizes are perfect just to fill you up and I was very hungry. The food was incredible the brisket was juicy and fell apart. The Mac and cheese had so much flavor and cheese. The different sauce options were great as it provided a taste of bbq from all over the country. I will definitely be back. Easily the best customer service I have seen as everyone was so friendly. If you’re in the area I would visit!

I got the brisket with mac and cheese & cornbread. Brisket was a fatty cut which is fine but they should at least let you pick between fatty/lean cuts and the cornbread is phenomenal.
The mac and cheese leaves a lot to be desired. The crumble on top makes it a bit dry and is missing the cheese and flavor I hoped would be there. I gotta say that if the mac and cheese got a rework (which it absolutely needs) it'd make the meal a true package deal but until then that mac and chee is a tough sell.
I just wanted to say that we had supper there yesterday and as always it was great. A very pleasant lady named Tracy who was walking the dining room and interacting with everyone was fantastic in her attitude and willingness to attend to our needs. I just wanted you all to know what a treasure you have in this employee.

This place is phenomenal! When you walk into this restaurant this is how BBQ looks like. Food came out so quickly, we ordered for 3 and 5 minutes later our food was ready. The staff here were super nice, this is a great place to eat at with your family! The food was amazing and they had 6 sauces already on your table. When we left a staff asked if it was out first time here and gave us a coupon for free sandwiches. Truly a magical place. I would recommend this place if you want to eat BBQ.

Excellence all-around! Didn’t feel like cooking after a long work day so I decided to try Mission BBQ for the first time. I was not disappointed! First off, the customer service was top-notch! The staff is super friendly and showed me what they packed up for me to make sure it was to my liking. When I arrived home, I couldn’t wait to dig in! I ordered the ribs, brisket sandwich, turkey sandwich, sides and a dessert to share. Can’t wait to go back for more turkey sandwich, cheese potatoes and caramel bread pudding. Yum!! There’s nothing like warm comfort food on a wintery Ohio night!
