Ordered lunch to be picked up at 1130, but when we arrived on time our food was not hot and seemed to be sitting for a while. Disappointing experience and we won't be using this location again.

My family and I visited yesterday and had subs from Mr Hero for the very first time. We all very much enjoyed the sandwiches and will be sure to return. The jalapeño poppers and waffle fries were also very delicious.

I ordered a sandwich I asked for a cup of water and they were going to charge me $2.49 just for a cup of water. I will never come back here again. Very disappointing. I really enjoyed the Roman burger.

I got out of my car to go inside and the owner immediately ran outside on his phone screaming at me that he was calling a tow truck to have my car towed because he thought I was going next door. He will NEVER get my business.
