We order 2 frys they gave us one and tried to charge us again for the 2nd fry that we never got. And my lettuce on sandwich was red and brown. Yuck.

I ordered the Roman sub, it's burger and bacon on tomato and lettuce. EXTREMELY bland, only the sauce contributed any flavor. Had to add seasonings at home. Very disappointing on a $15 sub. The fries were equally bland having almost no salt on them. The cheese sauce is decent. Inside the store it's clean, but florescent lighting doesn't make warm/inviting, there's a TV in the corner, but the atmosphere is dominated by the whirr of the compressor on the drinks machine.
3 stars for okay but mostly disappointing and expensive food.

Been going here for years, but Sunny definitely just made my and my girlfriend’s night! Thank you very much for the delicious sandwiches and the laugh, as well as the gifted sandwich. The chicken bacon Gouda on waffle, was very Gouda She ate most of it by the way, I only had 3 bites of the name mentioned sandwich

We are used to driving 30 mins to Mansfield to get Mr Hero's. But since they haven't started on the new building yet and tore down the entire strip mall of the old one, we travel an hour to this one in Brunswick.We loved that we could eat inside.The cashier lady was nice and friendly. The store was clean and the food tasted fantastic!

This Mr. Hero is my favorite to visit. It's clean, the staff has always been very friendly to myself and my family and their food is great. Great atmosphere to just relax, zone out and eat some Hero's!!
