So I ordered my food to go and sat down. I was watching them make my food and other food. I watch the owner handle money and then go and handle food. He never washed his hands at all. I threw my food in the garage cause there is no way im eating this food when he dont wash his hands after handling money. Beware

I used Old World Deli to cater a wedding shower I had at my home and everything we ordered was delicious! I mostly ordered their party trays with veggies, fruit, cheese and crackers and an assortment of deli wraps. Also ordered the chicken fingers and hummus with pitas and both of those were a big hit! Everyone at the shower commented on how good the food was. The order was ready right on time when my husband picked it up and everything was wrapped and displayed nicely. We will definatly be using them for our future parties. So if you are looking for a caterer, check them out!

This a true mom and pop restaurant. My first time being there. . . It was around 2pm and the kitchen was slammed. I was a walk in order. I ordered the gyro, grape leaves, and hummus just to try out the assortment. Regular gyro was piled with meat. They gave me taziki on the side, which I appreciate. I like a lot of taziki and it was more than I needed. Hummus was amazing, but could probably use 2-3 more pitas to knock it out. Grape leaves were good. I would definitely go back!

Worst gyro I've ever had. They claim they have House made sauce which is just a yogurt sauce. Sitting for like 25 minutes waiting for my gyro younger kid who was busting his butt which they all were cuz they were busy was pouring out of a gallon jug into a squeeze bottle. This was just a plain yogurt and had no seasonings or nothing when I came home I luckily had cucumber which I chopped up with some ranch seasoning and some Dill. The vendor that they use for the meat should be gotten rid of because the meat had no flavor and I had to add no salt seasoning and black pepper to make it flavorful. Highly recommend not getting the gyro but seems like the other deli sandwiches that I've ordered in the past have been very good

I was in the mood for a gyro and Nikos was closed on Tuesday. So glad we found Old World Deli! I’ll still say that Nikos makes a fine gyro but this place is much better! I got the regular gyro and hummus. For the size and price, I was impressed with the amount of meat. I could have used a pinch more tzatziki but that’s the only thing I would change. I can’t imagine how big that large is. Maybe I’ll work my way up to it one day. Next the hummus. Again, the portion was solid and very shareable. The warm fluffy pita was also delicious. I really enjoy Aladdin’s hummus and I would put theirs next to Aladdin’s any day. All very good! Looking forward to returning and trying some different options.
