Horrible experience at this location run under the most unprofessional GM!!! I used the kiosk to order my sandwich, and asked for a spread on the side. This is what I got. Since we were traveling, I called the store and prepared pics to send to ask for my $ back. Kathleen the GM picked up and proceeded to tell me I didn’t select on the side when I double checked that I did as habit now! Then she tells me I have to bring it back to get my money back because it’s company policy. This is also a lie. Nevertheless we weren’t yet too far away so I took it back. I showed her the sandwich, got no apology or any remorse.” Just ok we can make it again, and you want the spread on the side? “ I’m yah! By this time I had enough, and just wanted my money back. She went back and came back and told me she canceled it.
What?? No receipt nothing just take her word for it. After the attitude I didn’t trust this GM. I asked how long will it take to get my money back, She rudely said “I don’t know” When I pressed for a receipt she asked me to go back behind their work space to take a picture of their computer screen. Never experienced this type of behavior from a GM. Panera has no more standards. As business owner my self she would be gone in a second!!!

Ordered a tuna sandwich and changed the bread to black pepper focaccia. It was a Sunday around 5:00 PM. The bread was hard as a rock. When I called to complain, they were only going to give me half a sandwich. I paid for a whole. Called the next day and spoke to a very rude manager "L" who outright insinuated I was lying. Told me to call corporate. I did. Received an email from corporate basically also telling me I was lying. And I totally agree with other reviewers. For a $9.50 sandwich you would think the bread would be fresh and there would be more than just a film coating of tuna. This location is the worst.

Placed a group order with them. They forgot one of the items. Ok, things happen we’re all human and we make mistakes, no big deal. So I called to tell them, and the person on the phone got snippy and was rude almost immediately. I was shocked when she identified herself as the manager. She snapped at me that I must be lying because she packed that order herself and she doesn’t make mistakes… Welp, she did.

Went through the drive through, felt rushed the entire time, then i get to the window and they got every item on my order wrong. they probably weren’t even listening to what I was saying. this place is going downhill fast and it’s sad to sew
