This place has gone so down hill. I worked here years ago and if something was wrong we'd fix it. I ordered food tonight and it was delivered was wrong and several items were missing. I called in about tge mistakes on my order and whoever I spoke to was Inrecidly rude and hung up on me after saying it would take 30 minutes to remake my food. There is clearly a lack of leadership at this location these days. Keep in mind this was a $70.00 order. Pathetic. Fo better.

I called at 10pm to order and they closed at 11pm. No one answered the phone and they removed my order online so I drove to the store and arrived by 10:20 and they said they’re closed due to short staff mind u there was 3 employees I could see standing around on phones. The cashier was closing her drawer.

Nastyyyyy!!! The GM doesn’t care abt food safety as she has said that and shown that. Ive seen the area where they make the food and it looks absolutely appalling I wouldn’t recommend eating here . The GM is highly unprofessional as is the rest of the staff she doesn’t care abt running a proper business and just does what she wants.

Worst pizza i think i had, Not only did it taken forever, the pizza box was not sealed and handed to me half open not even in a carrier. Yes its 20 degrees outside. You would be better off and safer just making a frozen pizza.

On 12-20-24 I ordered 2 medium pizzas for the family. While eating my 3rd pepperoni slice,I bit on something hard. I found a small gray/black screw in the pizza. When I called, I spoke to a female general manager. Even though my pizza boxes were placed directly from the driver onto my kitchen table, the general manager said; “it did come from us.” I explained to her that the pizza was brought directly to my kitchen table, never encountering anything that had screws of any kind. She acted like she didn’t believe me and just said she would refund my money. I asked what would have happened if my kid had swallowed that and choked? After hanging up, I double checked my kitchen to be absolutely certain no screw could have gotten into the pizza on my end. I called Papa John’s back, speaking again to the same manager, and asked her to double check her oven so that this would not happen to anyone else’s pizza. She responded with “yeah, I’m gonna reach my hand into a hot oven to look for screws”. Then she said she had been there since 8am and the screw did not come from there and hung up on me. I have never encountered a manager who had such disregard for listening to a customer. I’ll never be ordering from this Papa John’s ever again.

If it were up to just the food, it would be my favorite pizza place. The pizza's are really good, however it is unfortunate they the crust isn't as fluffy as I remember. Still, the pizza is never burnt when I order it, and they have great side options. They have the best Cheese Bread Sticks I know of. Sometime, not often, I get their Cookie Cake or whatever it's called. That's really good to. It's also pretty affordable. Inside the place itself, it doesn't have many decorations. Which is fine, most people just get a delivery any how. Speaking of delivery, the times I order deliver are the worst. This is the reason it's a three star review, they always are late. I don't know why, but they take forever. And when the pizza comes it's probably cold.
Parking: It's parking lot is small, but it doesn't regularly have many car. To my knowledge, there is more parking then enough.

Where do I ever start, everything was wrong! Right off the bat the app gave issues, I called to make sure only one order was placed not multiple. Whoever answered was rude and gave me attitude. Driver was extremely late and couldn’t follow directions even when I called and explained exactly how to find me. Food was cold obviously by then. Opened the box the entire family all looked at each other like what is this? It was thin, greasy hard as a rock and just plain downright gross. The cookie wasn’t any better.

I don’t give low reviews often and usually give a place three chances before deciding to stop ordering—everyone can have an off day, and issues can happen. However, Papa John's has officially lost my business. My last three orders have been disappointing: the pizza was cardboard-thin, dry, tasteless, and arrived cold each time. Even reheating didn’t help. For my latest order, the pizza was ready, picked up by the driver 15 minutes later, and then delivered another 10 minutes after that. Best of luck to them, but I’m done

After what I could assume was the delivery driver throwing my pizza on my porch they took off out of my driveway like a rocket ship and the best part didn't even give me all of my order. Then sat on hold for 5 mins before someone answered and by the time I got a manager on the phone the response was we only have 1 driver working tonight and would see if they could get them to bring it back later.
