This might be the worst pizza hit I've ever ordered from. Took over 45 minutes then the pizza is raw and cold. They use a door dash driver which took an extra 30 minutes from the original order time promised I won't be ever ordering from this place again. Also when I tried to call right away about the order they put me on hold for over 10 minutes and had to call again

Ordered from this location 10/26/25 for delivery. 8 wings and a melt and 2 cups of ranch, a Russian driver not even a Pizza Hut driver shows up only had 6 wings and no ranch, the melt was burnt and cold 24$ for garbage and didn’t even get what I ordered. Will not order from here again.

Fast, simple, and nice people! Using the app even makes for a better experience. I had ordered something they didn’t serve and were kind to provide an alternative and called me a few times to let me know but I had not answered. A few more mins and it was ready! Fantastic Pizza Hut!

(I can’t share the experience with the store because they just Hangup on you, and don’t even say hi)I called six times i have the call logs and the first three sent me to the operatives to transfer over(which the store hungup everytime. The fourth call before even saying hi they said this is Pizza Hut please place your order online and hungup before i could say anything. The fifth time they just hung up, as soon as they answered before even saying a word. The 6th time i asked if they could just please add garlic butter that I will pay extra and she said we can do that for free and just hungup on me without me being able to tell her exactly what i wanted or have a goodnight. This is the worst customer service and there is 30 other pizza places in Brunswick & we will be writing this review everywhere and never coming to Pizza Hut again. I will make sure to share this online since we help run the pizza reviews for Cleveland Ohio & this is Cleveland instagram social accounts. I will make sure this is a well known factor all over Brunswick pages. No one should be treated like this. This is a women that was answering the phones at 8:28-8:32PM

very disappointed picking up my dinner. One girl that looks young on slimmer side and the man we’re running around working hard. And then the bigger girl dressed in all black with glasses Was just stuffing her face sitting there and then a man walked in and the bigger girl was just standing there flirting with the man and kissing him I believe might be a couple this is disturbing. And should not be allowed
We got pepperoni stuffed crust and cheesey bread...... the cheese bread barely had cheese on it and the pizza had a splash of sauce and again barely any cheese. Service was great but the food not so much.

I went to Pizza Hut at 9:30pm on Sunday, September 29th. The pizza was cold when I picked up the pizza and was burnt plus the pizza was scattered. I think even a 2 year old can make a better pizza. I made sure to arrive as soon as I got notified the pizza was ready to be picked up. I can tell it's been sitting out for hours before I recieved it. In addition was also very thin crusted. When I called and complained they told me they would remake it but with an additional dollar charge for thicker pizza. You would think they would've added that in for free for the inconvienice of me having to spend my gas money and time driving back there for them to remake my pizza after they messed up. In addition I even asked them if they could send their drivers out to deliver me the pizza for the inconvience and her response was "I can't do that in case my drivers get into an accident and need to be compinsated for insurence reasons." I couldn't believe her response to that. I also asked if they could just give me the thicker crust pizza for free for the inconvience of gas money and time and she told me "No" I told her I will not be back. The girl I spoke, to her name was Paige which is the name I saw on the recept and she was very rude to me too.

Above and beyond service. The manager has called me a few times when placing an order about items not having availability which happens time to time but he is always very polite, great service and always gets a great solution. The delivery driver is usually the same and is always friendly and polite! These guys deserve a huge shout out for being amazing!

When did pizza hut change ??? They would not accept ANY coupons. The pizza was supposed to have double cheese ..: the pizza was no more that 2/10 inch thick and for extra cheese, could still see the bottom layer on most pieces…Gone are the days when I used to take the kids just east of 71 for the buffet ..: everything was so good and the pizza was thick ../ Sad - Won’t order with them again ….. $34 for decent wings, but horrible pizza
