Pulp Juice and Smoothie Bar

When i went in on 9/13/25 I went in and there were 2 females and the energy was so awful. It seemed as if they didn’t want us in the store right then and there and i didn’t feel welcomed whatsoever and wasn’t greeted with anything but an angry “whenever your ready”. I had ordered a smoothie and it was overall good, although the service wasn’t good i still enjoyed my smoothie.

Everytime we go in here the staff is rude, snobby, and cold. The staff at the Medina location is much better... if you don't like working here, just leave...because you truly make it a miserable experience.

This store is an absolute joke to be in business. They will not take a $50 bill for an $18 order. Is this America? Wow. Do better.

Usually, when I go in here, there’s two girls that I know that are very kind and helpful. But today (7/11/24) when I went in the two girls that were working barely acknowledged me, and once they did, I got a rude “ What can I get for you.” The music being played was also very trashy and inappropriate. And once I got my drinks before I left, the other employee gave me a nasty look before I walked out. It was just very uncomfortable. Other than that I love this place.

Walked in and was greeted by a lovely girl who said her name was Callie, she was very polite and outgoing. She was fast and efficient while not making me feel rushed. My smoothie was delicious and it was very good experience. She should definitely be in charge because while she was helping me, her coworker was on the phone and giving me dirty looks which is the only reason this is not a 5 star review.

Cashier was very rude disrespectful and inappropriate towards customers and especially her coworker. If she can’t act with decency she should look for other employment. Even my 9 yr old wanted to know why she was acting like that. Not very good to see.

Girl with long black hair was very inappropriate with a coworker while we were waiting for food
She yelled at her and her demeanor was very disappointing

Also, store was unclean

Please get these workers a new juicer and wheat grass machine. The juicer has a bungee cord on it and the wheat grass takes forever. Great staff and food though!

Well as the coolest Cleveland Indian, I must give props to Pulp Brunswick! Always friendly and prompt with service. I never order just let the ladies make whatever they feel like making that day! Boom they always create some great smoothies. Ryan and Sam are the Best! Ryan is in LOVE with her job and...... lol and Sam is just the freaking bomb everytime I come in! Go support these young ladies. Avi.
