Wife bought a nut roll and a poppyseed roll.The nut roll pastry was as hard as a rock,I fed to the garbage can the poppyseed wasn't much better.Tried this store one and that was enough.never again.We sure miss Rito's.

Great addition to Brunswick with friendly staff They are still in the process of transformation It features Eastern European foods like pierogi, chicken paprikash and many fresh baked goods A bar with Schnitzale beer ( brewed in basement) is set to open soon As of Oct 2025, there is only seating for eat in upstairs, but soon there will be seating and a restroom on the main floor when they open the bar on the main floor

The worst cheese strudel ever created! Dough so tough cannot cut it and the cheese filling tasted sour! Sorry to say but the best bakery in Brunswick is Doughnut Land.

We finally had the chance to stop at Branka’s and everything in the place looked amazing. We came in for the hot meals and the desserts and were overwhelmed with choices. We ordered the chicken paprikash and the Hungarian beef goulash to go and the containers were packed full. Both dishes were fantastic.
We also grabbed some desserts and were very pleased. The staff was super friendly and welcoming. Since we live close by this will definitely be a go-to spot for us. Great food, great people, and absolutely a must-stop place.

If I were the business owner, I would take down the chicken paprikash sign. I saw the sing a few weeks ago. And finally came through when they were open.. chicken paprikash is my favorite food and this was the worst I have ever had! Especially if you are going to charge 15 dollars for it. I have had better paprikash at the fair and it was half the price. I would be embarrassed to serve this! Based on my first experience, I DO NOT RECCOMEND.

The honey cake is to die for and the apricot cake wasn't bad either. The pretzel was so good but that beer cheese was omg. We are about 45 mins away and it was well worth the drive.
German food was not flavorful. I don't think it was made on site. I guess I was expecting more of a small bistro setting.

The pastries here are to DIE for. I got 3, the canolli filled croissant, the Dubai chocolate croissant and the raspberry bow croissant. They were all delicious, witht the canoli filled croissant being the best of the three, but not by much. My only issue was the checkout process. I went on a Saturday morning, and the checkout was disorganized to say the least. Some customers were handed their items from the case and had to take them to the register themselves/wait in line while others had the items taken to the register for them. So the items brought to the register were rung up while the actual purchaser was the third person in line. Meanwhile the people who were given their pastries and sent to the line ended up waiting even longer and getting passed up. It needs to be one way or the other, have a system in place. Otherwise I will definitely be returning as there's many more pastries to sample and I cannot wait. Gods help my waist line.
