Work sent me to this area for two weeks. I visited this location three times in the drive thru, one of those times was a mobile order. Each interaction was terrible. But I'm not taking it personally, however my ex barista heart hurts to see it. They just appeared understaffed and very stressed. And since I've been in their shoes before, and noticed each time only 2-3 people on the floor, I can see why. I remember it being very difficult to get things done with only two people. So hopefully you all get some more people soon, and with some positive vibes.

The last six matcha lattes I have gotten have not been good. I have been patient while you figure out the new recipe and tried a matcha lemonade today to give you one more chance, but it’s time to break up. I wish you the best with your changes.

P.s. be mindful who you put on the speaker because being talked down to is not fun when all you wanted was a fancy drink to sip on to get you through the rest of the day with your loud children.

After waiting in a long Starbucks line, an employee by the name of Ryan served my drinks. Ryan went above and beyond giving me a four dollar gift card for having to wait in line and was extraordinarily polite, empathetic and professional. Ryan is the epitome of how an employee should act I do not know this person, but I Appreciate his kindness and professionalism! Starbucks is lucky to have you!

Management really needs to have a conversation with the person working drive thru. They did not have a name tag on but was working on 8/31/24 at 6:50-7am. He is not pleasant whatsoever. He doesn’t greet you. He never seems happy. I work in customer service so I understand some people don’t always have a friendly voice, but there’s no acknowledgment. I’ve been here in interacted with this person at least three times now and each time it’s miserable last week my husband thanked him and got nothing this morning I was missing something in my drink, and I requested that cold foam be added. Drink back didn’t say yes sure or oh I’m sorry about that. Nothing takes it back. Put the cold in it when I said thank you no acknowledgment. This person can clearly speak because they take orders through the drive-through so I’m not sure why they can’t acknowledge customers at the window and why this person has to have such a poor attitude and seem miserable. Management please do yourself a favor and pull them off of working any registers and customer facing interactions and just have them working on making beverages if they can’t be nice, at least five times a week and I’m probably spending $70+ A week here and I’m about ready to take my business elsewhere. I don’t care how good your drinks are doesn’t matter when I start my day with really crappy service.
