You order your food at a kiosk, someone does bring it to you, but it's basically a slow version of fast food. Food and prices are decent.

Service could have been a higher score but because it's all a kiosk experience now LOL. All they do is make your food and give it to you so half the work LOL and that's fine. Hopefully they're getting paid a little extra but anyways the food was pretty good if I ever remember my burger was on a juicy side with all my fixings. Not complaining. I like it. Good juicy or wet Burger. But everything is still good. It's been awhile since I have been here. The place was decently clean. Probably could have been better cleaned but as seen or worse at other places.

I hadn't been at a Steak 'n' Shake in years. I was not prepared for no choices but burgers, chicken fingers and a grilled cheese. My husband does not eat beef or pork so he couldn't even eat some french fries. They certainly push the beef tallow.
There was only kiosk ordering, with a credit card. The kiosk gave no descriptions of things, such as a Frisco Burger. I was offered the chance to tip the kitchen or management. I declined.

I wanted a milkshake their milkshakes don't taste like anybody else's milkshakes... they taste like pure sugar they're sickening sweet and if you don't have enough money ....you can always rob a bank to be able to afford one. I thought steak 'n shake was going to be like the old '50s diner great food good milkshakes atmosphere. I was disappointed food was so so milkshakes were terrible and prices were ridiculous for the quality of food you got
