Very dirty. I was hoping I went on an off day but I came back a whole week later to find the same chair still covered in ketchup and no clean tables. Ended up cleaning my own table and having to scavenge for a clean chair not covered in something or dirty.
Worse yet the heater is seemingly turned off so it felt about 50 degrees in the building during the winter.
Despite all of it the food was okay but you messed up which burger has bacon on it which didn't bother me but could bother other folks.
Sad condition, hope it improves.

They can’t ever get your order right. Doesn’t matter how simple it is, they’ll mess it up. Especially if it’s a kids meal. I go when it’s not busy. So I know that’s not the issue. They just don’t pay attention. Every time I’ve went someone is complaining to them that they forgot something in their order or they didn’t make the burger the right way. Even tho it clearly states on the receipt how they want it prepared. This location sucks

Stopped by to get some Milkshakes, since it was only milkshakes we decided to go through the Drive-through. We waited maybe 20min or so. Not sure if they are just low in personnel but it took way too long to be greeted and then provide the food.

It has been awhile since I have been inside a Steak and Shake and didn't realize they had gone the kiosk order only pathway.
I took my elderly step mother in for lunch and discovered this after we had gotten her to a table (she uses a cane and doesn't get around well and is not terribly tech savvy.)
I asked for a paper menu so she could pick her own meal without having to get back up. Nope. no paper menu. So, I wound up using my phone and reading her the menu and going up and doing the kiosk myself.
On top of it, they added a little QR code ticket to my receipt that goes right to a cryptocurrency site. Classy. I'll never go back.

My biggest disappointment with this establishment is I ordered a kids meal and my son wanted a milkshake with his kids meal and the UPCHARGE was $2.64 the same as the upcharge of a medium drink in the combo menu. So EACH milkshake cost an extra $2.64 each even though I got a medium and his was a fraction of the size in a kids cup. I did place the order online so it could just be an ISSUE with the app... But when I arrived at the time it gave me to pick up my order I walked in and only two employees were working, they were short staffed so even if I wanted to order in person I would have had to order at their kiosk. Another guest walked in after me tried using the kiosk and looked and seen all the things they were out of and frustrated with the kiosk they left. Would I go back probably NOT... The experience and quality wasn't worth the cost. The workers seemed over worked but were still very pleasant if you're gonna have them do three jobs each I hope you're paying them accordingly. That was probably the best customer service given in the circumstances of being understaffed. The 2 workers get 10 stars.
One of the better steak and shakes i have been to. One of few times I didn't get sick after despite eating greesy, yet tasty Steak & Shake. Their garlic burger tasted fresher here.

The new business model for steak n shake is just like a certain gas station. You order off a screen on your own, put your own trash away and never interact with a human being. But what got me upset the most is you press the 4 dollar deal then they charge you 5.39. this is false advertising and stealing IMHO. Done with steak and shake, good memories when they used to have servers and coupons. Oh yeah and 40 for two people to eat is twice what I paid 3 years ago but at least I had a server. Goodbye steak and steal.
P.S They used to have real chicken strips now they are the size of your chicken fries. I wanted ketchup and there was no condiments or salt and the tables were barren. The food tasted good but was not the same experience we remembered.
