I frequently order online for pickup from this location, and the subs are always made quickly and taste great. They’re usually correct, but one time they made a mistake that could have seriously affected my girlfriend’s severe allergies. Thankfully, they were accommodating and remade her order.

I ordered 2 foot-long cold cut on wheat. They didn’t have wheat so I had to settle for Italian not knowing that they didn’t tell me they changed the Cold sandwich it was terrible. They added some type of other meat on there and the salami and that was it your choice of cheese. It was the worst sandwich I’ve ever gotten from there. Are they ever going to bring back the cold cut and I’d like to have my money back refunded, it’s literally not what I wanted

The customer service was pretty good. At first they mistook a question about my order. They thought I was trying to change a mobile order but I was asking to make sure what size drink I paid for. The issue I had was with the food itself. I ate half of the footlong on Tuesday and I got violently ill, I was hoping I had the flu. Then I ate the other half on Wednesday and got just as sick. It had to have been good poisoning.

Vegetarian options: I got vegetable toppings but I think the steak made me very ill.

Had a late night craving and the worker, I forgot to get his name, was so nice! I only tipped a few dollars and he was so sweet about it and thanked me so much despite only tipping a bit. Food was amazing as always!

This specific location really deserves zero stars. After contacting pearl rd Brunswick subway about a pick up order missing chips and incorrect sub topping I received a response from the “owner”. It was a generic thanks for contacting us and it helps us do better in the future. There was no mention of my missing items or a solution. When I emailed back no response. As an owner you should take pride in your franchise.

This location does not honor daily specials adverted by subway. Tried to order the special they say they have no specials. So I ordered the ham egg breakfast wrap. They asked me if I wanted to toast it.. yes the eggs are frozen. Well he toasted he flatbread but did not heat the eggs. Flatbread hard as a rock and the eggs are still frozen. If you plan on ordering food you cannot go by the advertised time. They are open till 10:00 but close between 9:00 and 9:30. And if you pre-order an online order they will complain to customers if it's not picked up on time so they can close early.

Ordered online, left a 6$ tip. The meat was so skimpy I thought they forgot to put it on! Went to get a new sandwich, he accused me of trying to get a free sandwich. I drove down there twice. Rude Ahole. Never going there again.

This is one of the worst subways I have ever been to. I definitely will not be going back. Employees with bad attitudes, hard to understand, don't listen to what you want and are very skimpy with the meats.

Ordered online, sandwiches were not toasted nor did they have any mayo as requested on the order. They never get the online orders correct that's why I stopped long ago, but I feel I shouldn't have to go in and watch grown adults do their jobs the correct way.
