It always takes forever here in the evening. The 3 times I've ordered on the app the food isn't ready for 40 mins. No sense of urgency. The girls literally check their phones between making sandwiches. Veggies were frozen to the metal pans the time we decided to walk in to order. Won't be back to this location anymore.

The woman working on 10/28 at 11am was incredible. Great customer service, pleasant, food was fantastic.
I do wish you guys would hire more people though, one person for a whole morning shift must be rough. I’d never personally work there if these were the conditions.

I placed a mobile order. 30 minutes later and I head up there and the food was not done, I waited 30 more minutes for my subs. Poor workers need help and poor management

i went on a saturday night and there was ONE teenage girl. there were 6 mobile orders and 2 walkins. we had placed our order at 7:15 and once it was 7:50 we decided it was no longer worth the wait. terrible management. that poor girl had no idea what to do. awful awful way to run a store, get a new manager or i dont know maybe more workers?? hopefully i get a refund for my $27

I went in with my boyfriend the 8th or sept at 6 pm and the two girls taking care of us made my day 10x better , they are upbeat and positive and made my sandwiches perfect!! They deserve employee of the month !!! Both of them !!!

Very disappointed…. I come in about 40 minutes before closing and was told he can’t take any more walk-in orders.. He is working by himself and he’s overwhelmed with online orders… personally, that’s not my problem. The manager either needs to get someone in there or the manager needs to work him/ herself…. I spend a lot of money in that store…Not anymore……

I travel all over for my job. And that was the best tuna sub I ever had. Bread was soft. Actually had tuna and toppings on it. Great job. Can't recommend them enough.

The male employee needs training in customer service. I went yesterday and after ordering a foot-long vegetable sandwich I went to toppings and they had no onions or spinach. Should have canceled the order. He was very rude. There are 2 grocery stores within walking distance to go get onions and spinach.

This trash can has been like this for months. I refuse to eat somewhere were employees can't and refuse to take the trash out in front of the store. Makes the store look unappetizing.

I miss the days of $5 foot longs but they aren't just $7.50 or even $10 now, they are $15! I support it IF they are paying their employees well. The sandwich was tasty. It seems like this location is in the middle of an update.
