We have Mobile Ordered lunch from this Subway Locations a few time over the last 2 Months. I use to come to this location about 10 Years ago all the time and it was great!Unfortunately, it seems to be going down hill. Each time we ordered for lunch something was wrong or missing in the order. We finally just gave up trying to order lunch here.In addition, the last time I went to pick up the order. I went to the front counter to order a Drink separately for myself. When I looked down at the Cookie Display, there were living Bee's flying and walking in it. About 2 total, and one flying around the outside of the display. When I told the worker about it, he just said "Yeah like sweet things" and went back to checking me out for my drink...We will not be back after that last experience. If the cookies are not taken care of from insects, how is the rest of the food.

I was in line with coupons and also handed some coupons out to other customers. When I get up there the kid tells me they don’t accept coupons. He seen me pass them out to other people. Nowhere does it says no coupons accepted. What a joke to wait until the last minute to tell customers knowing people had them in their hand. Do not go to this location horrible customer service.

Don’t even think about reviewing anything less than 5 stars. These workers literally got hit by a car that crashed into the store and they had to clean it up. Five stars, forget your coupons Jason.

Very disappointed. They're out of bread almost all of the time lately & my order was completely wrong. If employees cannot adequately read an on line order then don't bother offering this service. You can't use the BOGO so why are we even sent them?

Went in at noon and the place was slammed. The three behind the counter seemed to handle things smoothly. Well done. The online ordering and picky eaters were the only thing slowing them down. Maybe have one more employee dedicated to online ordering ?
