This is the worst Taco Bell I’ve ever been to. I had called to confirm when their lobby closed and they said 11pm. We were meeting friends who were already inside but we were running a little late because we took a wrong turn. They had locked the doors early. After my friends let me inside, the manager told me they are no longer doing dine-in tonight. And I said I called and the worker said dine-in is until 11pm (I called just to make sure this did NOT happen). This was the rudest manager I’ve ever experienced she said “well you didn’t talk to me and I’m the manager!” Okay well it’s not my fault one of YOUR workers misinformed me??? We just did carry-out and the food was so gross. They barely filled up my LARGE nacho fries and the quesadilla tasted weird. DO NOT COME HERE not sure how they are still open!

The worst ever if u go in you'll wait forever they'll just stare at you while they keep working and not even speak to you. On their cell phones in front everybody taking their sweet time Once you do order they just do the drive-thru and ignore everything you're doing. Literally heard the girls back there talking about how we can wait. Bunch of little kids immature have some sort of pride in your job or don't work there

Very bad and poor customer service, they don’t know how to treat their customers with respect. The one lady who claimed to be a manager didn’t clearly act like one. Terrible service.

Judging by the other reviews I'm not the only one who has constant issues with this place. At least 80% of the time our order is messed up. This last time I asked for no bean on my mexican pizza and of course it had bean. They also thought it would be a great idea to put all our food on top of it in the bag and smash the whole thing.

Horrible service they don’t take care of the customers accordingly they have DoorDash driver sit there and wait 20 minutes at a time for a delivery orders to top that off. They’re extremely rude.

This is literally the worst Taco Bell I’ve been to. Also when you go there around 1 up until close which is usually 4 am the woman that’s working there always says that they’re out of beef or that she didn’t get the order in the system and blames everything on others when she’s like the only one in there at that time and is to lazy to make the food at all. One DoorDash or uber eats driver told me that she was sitting outside in her car with her headset on telling people that they were out of food or they’re closed when there was really still an hour left before they are supposed to close. Corporate needs to be called on the late night lazy employee of Taco Bell. She’s a sad excuse of a “fast food worker” and needs to grow up and woman up. She leaves blasting rap music when she’s like 40 and drives a Toyota Corolla what a joke. She should feel ashamed of driving such an old car and should have all the windows up if she wants to play music like that because people probably look over at her with disgust instead of actually acknowledging her. Makes minimum wage while listening to songs about driving Lamborghinis lol. In all seriousness this woman needs to be reported for sure. She won’t even come to the speaker at times and knows people are sitting there. Well her time will come and she’s gonna be the one paying the price for it when she loses her income, if you wanna even call it that.

Usually there is never an issue at this location other than waiting a little bit longer in line but lately the store has been closing earlier then the posted times, also saying that they are sold out of multiple items 2 to 3 hours before the store closes, Certain workers attitudes are also the main reason this location is most likely not doing well. I understand the harsh work environment of a fast food restaurant, but getting Eye rolls and drive-through windows shut in your face is unacceptable !

Normally have no problem at this location at late night as I work partial thirds. But now might need to report to corporate that person is purposely closing early and saying they are sold out of everything an hour to two hours before they're supposed to be fully closed. Plenty of other cars are stopping through as well. Noticed person hiding in back and have screens saying store closed during operational hours.

Waited almost 20 minutes on a mobile pickup order to get a luxe box and one cheesy Gordita crunch.

Not a single car in the parking lot. Hardly anyone going through drive through either. People making food moving the slowest I’ve ever seen at a “fast food” place.

Do not go here!! Went in to get my pick up order to go and watched the lady making orders, pick up her phone to text or change or playlist, and continued to touch and make food without changing her gloves or washing her hands. I asked for my food to be remade and the manager complied but didn’t make the employee change her gloves… that was the entire thing..food safety! Tell me I’m wrong, but don’t have an attitude with me that I caught what you should be managing. Didn’t eat the food, will be asking for a refund. Anyone that gets sick is because of lack of accountability for the food standards that I know Taco Bell or any national chain would be concerned with aren’t being upheld at this location

Literally the worst experience ever tonight they forgot half of our order they were so rude to us and the car in front and behind us. The girl with the glasses at the drive through window should not be able to work there with that attitude or in customer service at all
