This is honestly one of the best Taco Bell’s around. I’d put it on par with the one on E. Main in Kent. We started using this one after the one on Laurel Rd. Just proved over and over again that it can’t function. This Taco Bell is timely and delicious. The manager lady really has it whipped into shape. It’s good and correct every time. It’s pretty impressive honestly. But the quality of the food can be completely forgotten because of the one order per car rule. I don’t always want to pay my boyfriend back when we go to pick up our food. I like getting my points for my order and so does he. I understand they don’t want to do 4-6 orders per car. That makes sense. but I think two is perfectly reasonable. I don’t do drive thru pickup for this reason. This makes it super frustrating when we put our orders for inside pickup and the inside is closed, so we have to go through the drive thru where we promptly get chided and told we can’t pick up both our orders at the drive thru. I’ve had to beg them twice to let us pick up our food at the same time. One time they said no until my boyfriend asked, and then they said yes. As a woman, that’s really frustrating. And then we can wait for near an hour with only two cars in front of us? Make that make sense. At the end of the day, I shouldn’t have to beg anyone to get something I’ve paid money for.

Which turned out to be missing 4 tacos. I call back asking about it, and they hang up. Very disappointing performance by Taco Bell. I don’t expect them to be the best, but I expect them to be better than this.

I wouldn’t recommend customizing a bowl or maybe just not getting one here at all? I’m fairly basic when it comes to food so when I ordered one of their cantina slow-roasted chicken bowls I pretty much just wanted extra chicken, cheese, and regular lettuce with their jalapeño sauce but I did want to switch it up and add some steak too. Well when I pulled back into my work parking lot and pulled it out not only did I get a less than a normal amount of chicken but only a few pieces of steak too with literally only cheese and the sauce lol.

I ordered Uber eats online around 9:30-9:40pm and it’s been an hour since and my delivery driver is still in line. He pulled up as the 5th car and an hour later he’s the second? Either the staff is short in work or the staff share a single brain cell

Lady at the window was very rude, been waiting 45 minutes for food when I asked how long the wait was I was given an attitude and told to suck it up because they were short staffed. Playing on her phone the entire time watched. And then watched about 3 people just standing there talking. Very disgusting they way that entire experience went. Won't be returning

This Taco Bell location stands out compared to others in the area. Orders are prepared accurately, the food quality is excellent, and the manager consistently goes above and beyond for customers. However, the wait times at this location can sometimes be quite long.
Clearly the workers are incompetent or maybe they’re just lazy lol. Can’t even read an order and make it correctly. Thank you for wasting my money

Megan S that works the drive through freaking sucks she always looks high on something and rude gets my order wrong every time we go I miss the other guy that use to work the drive through she is horrible I don't understand how she still has job. I don't expect much from a fast food place but I let this go way to much she is horrible.. I'll drive to the strongsville one for now on. Even the one on pearl in Brunswick is disgusting 🤢 seen people behind the register with no shirt on and all the employees outside smoking off the bed of the pick up truck at the one on pearl in Brunswick

Seemingly growing and more evident bias toward DoorDash orders versus genuine Taco Bell orders. Not once, but twice have I pulled into an empty drive thru and told to come inside to pickup my own order. I suppose walking an extra five feet to the left to retrieve and hand out and order must be exhausting. Meanwhile, online Taco Bell orders can be picked up via drive thru with no issues. Doesn’t help that the employees seem to almost go out of their way to ensure that the order is not fulfilled accurately or in a timely manner. Avoid this store if you don’t enjoy your time being wasted or love being disappointed after each visit.
