It's fast food. 8/20/2025 Update. Tonight people sat in the drive thru for about a half hour but nobody would take an order! They literally just ignored everyone in the drive thru so all just left. May have lost hundreds of dollars that night depending on how long this weirdness went on! I have left this place before due to extreme slowness. Zero stars for them this night.

Place is trash from food to service. . . The workers are there to socialize. Not work. . . It's like one out of 10 times I've gone here in the past year I've gotten decent service and decent food. It was much better a long time ago but this place is trash now don't even bother going here there's plenty around the area. Not only bad experience tonight in the Drive-Thru to a rude girl that probably never worked a day in her life, one time I was doordashing and had two orders that took literally an hour and a half. I wasn't the only one this place is garbage don't bother

This place is the absolute worst to come to at night. You’ll wait hours! Or they won’t even answer you and you pull around to the window to knock and they just stare at you and walk away!!! Do your job, not that hard!

It’s not the employee’s fault. I mean, there are none! Nothing but a kiosk to ‘greet you’. We went around the corner to a place with staff for lunch. I vote with my dollars.

The worst location. Staff is not friendly at all. I placed 2 different orders online because my children wanted something else for dinner however that location was out of what they wanted. The girl working the window was laughing when she told me I had to pull around to get my 2nd order meaning I had to wait in their long line again. When getting to the line to tell them my name again for second order. I informed them that I was missing items from the first order. She said okay I will tell them. Got to the window to pick up my 2nd order. She stated I told them. She then gave me the next order. Checked to see if my missing items were in there. They were not. Then I told her and she said oh. Then proceeded to look at another staff member and give me the missing items.
This is the second time me n my boys came to this restaurant as we come here almost every night and order the same thing and the 5 layer burrito has now become a small 5 layer burrito with one shell and to start with they we out of nacho fries and 8t took 23 minutes for a order and nobody in drive thru or dining area
