This place used to be okay but now it’s nothing but a hassle. Constantly missing items in my order, waiting half an hour with no one in line, just soaking wet, unappetizing food. never remember customizations. Always forgetting sauce. Always locking the front at random times so I can’t even go get sauce myself. The service level has been disappointing and embarrassing. I go to the one on Center now. Five minutes away, fast service, delicious. Do yourself a favor and go there instead.

The fries were stale and chewy. The grilled cheese burrito had hardly any cheese on outside and the other was squished. The quesadilla was not cut. All around was not good food. Very disappointing.

Tbh I wouldn't give this location a 1 star. I was absolutely berated over the phone by an employee. This is absolutely unacceptable. My husband went to order and said a meme and they started yelling at him saying he was being predatory. He has joked with the 303 staff over this particular meme and they know what it's about. These people at this location misconstrued it and I was obviously upset and started to cry because I was overwhelmed that they would be this way over something we thought was a meme as well as the staff at the 303 location. I talked to a female at first who started screaming at me. Then I called back and talked to a male who I started to apologize to for taking it wrong. Well the female starts cussing and mocking me for having a panic attack. I can hear her clearly in the backround. Absolutely sickening that this location allows staff like that. My husband was not being a creep. It's a MEME. They accused him of being a sexual harasser. I obviously got upset. Then I'm met with staff who treat their customers like trash.

Wow the pizzas that we got was so soggy then they put the heavy burritos on top of the boxes which everything got stuck to the top of the pizzas the pizza box and then you call up there to let them know how bad the food was poorly made then they just really hang up on you after you call them not caring this is the Taco Bell on Pearl road it was 8:36 p.m. when we went there we had to wait in line 20 minutes before they even got to the mic and then we said hello and they go oh we're trying to get doordash orders out first not caring about the drive-thru I mean there was a lot of workers in there tonight

Order 916699 831pm on 10/4/24 via app. Door dash delivered wrong order. I told driver there were 2 items in my bag and they were not any of my 16 items. The driver said she did not know what to do in this situation. I am very upset. Complete waste of money I could not eat these 2 smashed soggy wrong items. WHOLE order missing and wrong. Constantly a bad experience at this location. There is no protocol for such big mess ups?? Hungry and disappointed with this taco bell once again. Worst ordering experience from any fast food restaurant ever.

forgets items every time i’ve been there, last 3 times they ran out of food completely at 8 pm. and i have been ignored at the window and inside for at least 15-20 minutes each time. do not order from here there’s a better one right up the road

This Taco Bell (Pearl Rd and Laurel) is fine until it's late. 2 times now. I pull to the drive-thru because all the lights are on, menu is lit up and all. But no one takes my order. It seems as if one is in the building even. This is at about midnight or so. I imagine they watch the camera from the back room and take bets on how long people will sit and wait before driving away. I lasted probably about 5 minutes both times

I just popped thru the drive thru for a quick bite. Service was good except for when rhe order taker coughed thru the speaker, but I get that places are running short staffed and other push on.

Stopped on Saturday, August 24th and was told that they were short-staffed (again) and I could only order 4 items. I left without ordering. Just tell me it will take a little longer to prepare my order, don’t limit how much I can order. Ridiculous! This location has consistently been a disappointment.
