My husband ordered the Dunbar pizza. Per the website it is a garlic butter sauce, mozzarella, ham, bacon and pineapple. Not sure what we received as none of the speciality pizzas match what we received. Next time we know to check before driving an hr home.

Got a deep dish as we have a few times before. Usually good. This time I ordered Xtra chees and pepperoni. No extra cheese and the whole thickness was about 1 1/2 inches thick. Crust was TOUGH. Must have been a bad cook. Friday at 3;00 Sept 6, 2024
Probably go to Antonio's.

I am very disappointed in the service I received. We ordered a pizza last night and got home and the pizza was terrible. First bad experience I have had. The pizza was overcooked and hard. I did not call to complain until today because we were exhausted and upset. When I called today I was treated very poorly because I did not call yesterday. I was told we just did not like the price. The price wouldn’t be an issue if the pizza was cooked right. I felt as if I was being treated like I was just complaining to get something free which is certainly not the case. I became frustrated with the way I was being talked to and the manager/owner refused to give me her name and hung up on me. This is not how you treat customers. We will not return and I would not recommend this place to anyone. Even if I did not call yesterday this could have been corrected and they would maintain our business. Very unsatisfactory customer service as well as quality of pizza served.

I don't typically review pizza providers because... it's pizza.

This definitely needs to be put out there! Ordered a 6 inch pizza-added 3 toppings-had it delivered-added $3 tip for the driver-total came to $21!! Get the pizza-take a bite-felt something tickling the side of my face-like a hair! So I was able to get it between my two fingers and slowly pulled on it-and I started to gag as it was coming out of my mouth! And there it was a hair-and midway thru the length of the hair-was a piece of cheese that the hair was attached/running through! When I called back, Joe, the manager, said they would make another on and deliver it to me! I told him I certainly wouldn’t get another pizza and wanted a refund. Said the driver would come back and pick it up and they would look at it and determine if a refund would be issued. Not only was he rude and unprofessional, he hung up on me when I was asking if he would be calling me this evening regarding the refund. He left a voicemail letting me know they seen the hair in the ziplock bag I put it in and knew where it came from and said said they would be issuing a refund. I called back and spoke to Joe, the manager, to confirm the full $21 would be refunded, he started talking over me and went in about how the funds would be on hold with my bank-not answering my question! Finally, I told him not to interrupt me when I was speaking, and he then said the full amount would be refunded and asked if I had any further questions and when I said no-he again slammed the phone on me! Great professionalism from a manager! Thought I would give this place a try-I’ll continue to get my pizzas from East of Chicago!!

Daaaaaaaamn!!!! We got one of their specialty pizzas (the new york city) and potato skins, to my surprise my picky toddlers smashed. Everything was outstanding well priced and delivered promptly. Way to go guys and thank you
