I will never forget how she had someone sell green chicken out of the store, or how she took well deserved money unjustly out of someone's bank account (but then quickly put it back when it was reported to her by that employee) Thank you so much Amber, for showing me exactly where not to work ever again. I worked here for 2 years, I endured a lot from the owner. I watched as she bullied people, I even tried sticking up for her many times. Today, she fired me for trying to take a sick day. She is currently texting me telling me what a selfish and immature person I am for needing a sick day ♥️

They always do a fabulous job on our pizza's and salads. The food is great quality and always delivered hot. We order from them at least 1 time per week at Baskets Galore. Our team loves their food. The Orlando Pizza is one of our favorites. And their salads are second to none!

This has been our go to spot for pizzaAnd wings for years but our past few experiences have not been good.First we got a pizza where an e tore slice was a bubble. No cheese, sauce or topping. I called and they did give us a credit but made a point to tell us some people consider the bubble a prize slice? I did appreciate the credit though.Next time we ordered, I had 1 piece of fried chicken breast on the order. It was all I ordered for myself. And it was raw in the middle. The whole piece was inedible and thrown away.Sorry GAP, we loved you but it’s time to find a new pizza spot.

My fiancé and I saw their post on Facebook about the Pagash pizza and decided to give this place a try. We got the small Pagash, a Medium Chicago Deep Dish with Meatball and Garlic and Breaded Mushrooms.When I walked in I was greeted very warmly and the lady who grabbed my order for me was extremely sweet!!When we got home we dug into the mushrooms and we both agreed they’re some of the best we’ve ever had!! Not overly greasy and very very flavorful, the ranch really tops it off.The Pagash pizza was AH-MAZING!! We wish we’d gotten a larger one of those. I really enjoyed dipping it in the sour cream it came with my by fiancé doesn’t like sour cream. Either way it was a great pizza and we will come back solely for that pizza.As for the deep dish, we were not impressed at all. As someone who was born and raised in the Chicago suburbs, this is not Chicago deep dish. I really wanted to trust the reviews that raved about this being the best deep dish outside of Chicago, but it’s not. It reminded me of Lou Malnati’s and I’m a Giordano’s gal through and through. I’ve had flavorless Lou Malnati’s before and while this one wasn’t that bad, it was a serious let down for me. It lacked the right amount of cheese to call it deep dish. The cheese it did have was not melty at all and in fact more congealed than anything else which really ruined the experience for us. I couldn’t take the garlic we added. I wasn’t impressed with the meatball, sauce or crust. Just an absolute let down and now I’ve got pizza left over that my fiancé won’t touch and I’m struggling to convince myself to finish it because I paid for it, but it just doesn’t do it for me. I’ll stick to getting Giordano’s when I visit my family or ordering it frozen and shipped because the deep dish we had tonight is something we will not be getting again.I’m open to trying their other items, but I’d stay away from the deep dish.

Over priced, over cooked and they will not refund you even if there management and or staff made the order wrong. The meat is harder than most bacon. Terrible, also this company does not issue refunds and only issues up to $10 in credit.

February 9th 2024 National Pizza Day. Ordered 3 sm pizzas with extra toppings came to $46.30 was offering free medium cheese pizza code203 with $50 order so ordered $8 mozzarella sticks which had no cheese inside to make the total $56.30 to get the free pizza but did not receive the free pizza! Normally love Great american but this is not the first time this has happened also paid 20% tip total bill $70.. NEVER AGAIN!

Don't post often unless appropriate. One of two pizzas ordered was a deluxe with one item doubled but ended up with very few toppings, especially the doubled item. Spoke with a manager, sent him the attached pic and he said he agreed completely. Nice guy but only given a $5 credit on next purchase good for only 30 days??? LOL.Will be passing on that ha ha and choose another place next time.
