To add insult to injury, the small cup is only filled a little over half full. Not a nice way to treat customers

Usually don't have the greatest experience when I stop at inner city Cleveland fast food joints for lunch, but I have stopped at this specific location at least a dozen times in the past year or two for lunch when I'm working in the neighborhood and have had absolutely zero issues whatsoever. The staff has always been friendly, quick and attentive every single time that I have stopped in. My order has yet to be messed up and the food is probably of the highest quality of any Wendy's that I have been to since Dave Thomas was around! Keep up the good work!

Drive thru... Waited 20 minutes and the Girl taking orders got all our orders wrong. And charged us for things we didn't order. The girl at the food window did her best to fix all the problems. Food was good just took forever.

If I could give it no stars I would, waited nearly 45 minutes for my food. They were taking one order at a time (i’ve worked in fast food before and they like to do this so they can keep their time low). Food is not fresh even after waiting that long. If I could have left the line I would have but since there is a median there I couldn’t. Wait times are ridiculous. 👎🏼
