Usually don't have the greatest experience when I stop at inner city Cleveland fast food joints for lunch, but I have stopped at this specific location at least a dozen times in the past year or two for lunch when I'm working in the neighborhood and have had absolutely zero issues whatsoever. The staff has always been friendly, quick and attentive every single time that I have stopped in. My order has yet to be messed up and the food is probably of the highest quality of any Wendy's that I have been to since Dave Thomas was around! Keep up the good work!

Drive thru... Waited 20 minutes and the Girl taking orders got all our orders wrong. And charged us for things we didn't order. The girl at the food window did her best to fix all the problems. Food was good just took forever.

Had an awful experience at the Wendy’s drive-thru. The old lady that works there refused to serve me for no reason and slammed the window in my face while I was trying to speak. Completely unprofessional and disrespectful. Won’t be coming back.

If I could give it no stars I would, waited nearly 45 minutes for my food. They were taking one order at a time (i’ve worked in fast food before and they like to do this so they can keep their time low). Food is not fresh even after waiting that long. If I could have left the line I would have but since there is a median there I couldn’t. Wait times are ridiculous. 👎🏼

Waiting over 20 minutes in the drive thru so far at 10 pm while they took two car orders through completion at a time. Terrible service! Stuck in line so can't leave either. Hire more staff or better managers

Missing drinks & Spicy chicken sandwich , and cold nuggets. After talking to manager on duty over the phone explaining the whole situation, he only offered to provide the drinks and argue with me about NO! The food left from here hot and never offer any food replacement. Great service and customer satisfaction Wendy’s!!!

This location is terrible. The lobby is never open after 7pm when it's listed that it's open till 10pm on the app. The lines are crazy long, expect to sit in drive through for 20 mins or longer. There is an old lady with white hair that works here. She is the absolute worst. Slow and rude. I had a pick up order from inside the store one day and she randomly got snappy with me because I was standing at the spot to pick up my food. I didn't say anything, just stood there waiting patently. Friends of mine have told me stories about her, but it randomly happened to me lol. Every time I've interacted with her since, she's just so toxic for no reason.
One of the worst locations I've gone to for any fast food restaurant.
