Took forever to get food lady dumped money and man helped her instead of giving us our food watch kitchen worker pick up money with gloves and go back to kitchen

I understand being short staffed but 15 minutes in drive up line with only 1 car in front of us. Didn't get our whole order so half the food got cold while watching. Still didn't get any sauces we asked for. Food was cold, bun was hard. Waited all that time for nothing.

Great place to hit up on the outskirts of town. We've grabbed a bite here many times. The service can be a little slow (even with no line), but the food is good. 👌 On occasion the fries are a little cold.

I went to Arby’s tonight and I had told them that I had called last week after getting the wrong order. I told them that I had called last week and the manager had taken my name. The guy at the window said he was the manager and that the other female standing there was the other manager. So they said they didn’t take my name. Then the male manager asked me if I had a receipt. I said know I didn’t. They made me feel like I was lying which I didn’t. I understand that they get this all the time but as soon as I had got to the window they were being defensive. I went ahead and paid for my meal and when the male manager was giving me my card I took it and he said don’t grab things out of my hands which I didn’t. I have worked at fast food and as an employee with customers. I would have never treated a customer the way they treated me. I have plenty of money to pay for my food, so I had know reason to lie. I will never go back to the Bryan Arby’s They are just rude. Also I have read other reviews from the Bryan Arby’s and I am not the first one to say this.

The service at the counter was immaculate! The food was good, but the chicken tenders seemed like they'd been in the warmer a bit long and tasted like fish.

I think its so stupid that if you are going to advertise something it should be for both customers and online customers. Dont sit there and advertise something on your windows and menu if it's for online customers only!!
The person running drive thru around 10:45 am was rude, rushing and even laughed at us. They need to do better with who they hire.

I was told I couldn't get my sandwich without onions and peppers cuz it's a pain. So I left and will probably not return to this Arby's location.

Every time I go there, my order is wrong. It always seems like they're understaffed. The person at the drive-thru is nice, but seems like she's rushing because she doesn't have enough help. I honestly only go there once or twice a year because every time my order is wrong.

7/7/25 3:30pm Arby's Bryan Ohio reopened Dbl.ham chs.my favorite but today I tried HalfPnd Angus Chs-Stk. what a great sandwich, wife an I ate inside clean friendly service good food. Great job to all workers this day, Thank you

Can't think of a worst place to get food honestly. The food you get is either going to be at least 5 hours old or it will take 30 mins just to get it.
