I think its so stupid that if you are going to advertise something it should be for both customers and online customers. Dont sit there and advertise something on your windows and menu if it's for online customers only!!

Every time I go there, my order is wrong. It always seems like they're understaffed. The person at the drive-thru is nice, but seems like she's rushing because she doesn't have enough help. I honestly only go there once or twice a year because every time my order is wrong.

Can't think of a worst place to get food honestly. The food you get is either going to be at least 5 hours old or it will take 30 mins just to get it.

Went through drive through the old man working was very rude. Fries are not hot and when I had a fry it tasted like they've been sitting out for over 2 hrs. Chicken was straight trash cause that's where it ended up. Hands down worst service all the way around.

yesterday I had the BBQ bacon burger and oh my goodness, it was SO good. whoever made that, some time after 5, knows what tf they're doing. it was the perfect ratio for everything on it! absolutely loved the fried onion pieces too. I'm gonna be thinking about that bad boy for months now 😂

I’m sorry to say that the overall experience is not very good anymore. The fish sandwich was really bad, drowning in mayonnaise. Could not eat it as it literally fell apart and fell onto the tray. The self serve condiments were almost empty. One bank of them was completely empty. The old planters were empty and dirty. Realize that it’s very hard to find and keep staff anymore. I can see that the restaurant is on its last leg and may not survive in the area.

No paper voice cups for condiments, the drink I wanted was empty, workers horsing around in the kitchen instead of tending to business. Food was good, though, for fast food. Could have gone to a real restaurant cheaper.
