Loved this place for a while but the last 2 times I've been here. The food really has taken a step behind. Almost everything is underseasoned and bland. Service is always good. Over time I've definitely noticed a lot of younger couples and families dont come back as often as they used to so it seems like a lot of people have similar opinions on the place.

Ordered a full slab of BBQ ribs to go got home and only had half a slab called them they said to come back for the other half when I got there they said the chef remembered cooking the ribs and they wouldn't refund my money or replace the missing food

Pretty good food but if you want fries with your burger it's an extra 4 bucks. The waitresses were complaining to each other about another waitress who left there mad and were not quiet about either

Country fried steak not made in house. Corned beef hash is out of the can.

Blueberry pancakes were amazing. If I was to only want pancakes I would return.
Unfortunately, I prefer more savory food.

Amazing food and service. Huge portions. Food came out very quickly. Unfortunately subjected to listening to 2 men discussing politics the whole time which ruined the atmosphere for me. Lobby smelled kind of like cigarette smoke.

The entrance smelled horrible, but I'm glad we went on in to the dining area. It is a small space, but we were able to get seated promptly. The staff was very nice and attentive. All three of us had the hungryman skillet and enjoyed our meals enough to go back again a couple days later for the exact same breakfast. We plan to go back to try the dinner menu. They do need to address the smell in the entrance, though. It might be emanating from the bar area, which is just inside the entrance. It wasn't open, we were there in the morning, but it looked rather dank and dirty. It's a shame that is the first impression one gets, as the restaurant to the rear, while simple and not at all fancy, was very good. It could use some updating, but the good food and service more than make up for the lackluster atmosphere.
