Hadn't been to Burger King in a long time and now know why we avoided them. We dined in, so my husband and I figured hot food would be served? Nope! Fries and onion rings were cold because they were setting there under the heat lamps when we walked up to order and while we waited for everything else to be made. Onion rings were soggy nasty and they had no ketchup or ketchup packs. The shake machine was down just like McDonald's used to always be. Just an over all disappointment đ

I mean it was Burger King... The fries were fresh and delicious though and the junior Whopper brisket burger that I got was pretty good the only thing I can say that I would change is that it needs extra crispy onions, at least more than what they put on there.

Went through drive thru and I did not catch his name but that was the absolute best customer service I have had in a long time. 9 am on 5/20/24 his personality was refreshing!

Stopped on my way home from Michigan. Ordered the original chicken combo with lettuce, tomato, onion and pickle. It came out with only lettuce and it was barely visible. Went to counter to request the rest of the toppings and received 1 slice of tomato the size of a silver dollar. No other toppings. Food was cold and tough. Sad to think a dependable chain as this is cutting costs so much that quality is jepordized. Save the aggrevation and go somewhere else!!

Itâs apparent this Burger King needs to hire more staff but itâs my understanding no one wants to work there so maybe they need to offer better wages to draw folks in to want to work there.
I just stood at the counter for at least 15 minutes and was never waited on before I finally walked away. The Manager (assumed by his clothing) said to use the kiosk because heâd be âa few.â The kiosk doesnât have a pay with cash option though like McDonaldâs does. All I wanted was 2 Hershey Pies and an ice tea refill.
I donât believe I will be patronizing this store anytime soon. The Angola and Hillsdale stores are always much more prompt.

Food tastes like itâs been sitting in a dumpster for a week then brought back in to get recooked, always cold and never good! Do not recommend, also some weirdos that work here..

We waited in line at the drive through, and when it was our turn to have our order taken it took an extra 20 minutes until the worker took our order. When we pulled around to the window we were handed two tiny ice cream cones. We were shocked. We asked if we could have a cup of ice cream on the side for the ridiculously long wait and for what we paid, these were the smallest ice cream cones I've ever seen. The worker gave us so much attitude and basically tossed the food out at us. The attitude was uncalled for. We will never be back. This was by far the worst food establishment experience I've ever had.
