My order was completely wrong and it wasn’t complicated at all! Waited 20 minutes for fries which made no difference at all since the order was wrong! I called up, spoke to the manager on duty and I thought she was a little cold yet extremely efficient…then again, I wasn’t exactly Ms. Congeniality either but I think that was solely based on first impressions. By the time the call was over, we got stuff fixed, it wasn’t too big of a fuss but it certainly was not worth 22 bucks or my time to have to deal either completely non-focused, silly young adults with no real manners or regard for a job regardless! There was one dude who was very tall…taller than myself who did ask me a few times about my order and I was not even his customer which I appreciated. Also, the young man cleaning the dining room was amazing. He wiped every table, wiped everything down he came near…all while with a pleasant enough demeanor the entire time! As I said, the manager helped me so efficiently, never raised her voice or anything which was nice!

Paid for extra sauce and he didn’t give me any I asked if I could have some he responded “I’ll see what I can do” then proceeded to tell his coworker he’s already been wrote up twice. To the curly ginger/blonde guy you were rude. And really you shouldn’t be working in fast food if that’s how you treat customers

One word can describe my experience there today,"disgusting". The place was filthy. I thought I was going to need a tetanus shot after using the restroom. After waiting 20 minutes for our food, we were the only ones there most of the time, someone came in with a puppy and went in back to show it off to the workers in the kitchen. I'm sure that's a health code violation. The chicken sandwich I got was almost blackened and taste like it was deep fried in oil that hadn't been changed and quite a while. The trash receptacles were overflowing. Where you get your soda was a sticky mess. The floor needed swept and there were very few clean tables. There were french fries and onion rings on the floor in the kitchen and the employees were walking on them. And the place wasn't busy at all.
The employee were very nice they had district manger in store place was full of smoke still having there staff work when they couldn't breathe eyes where red burning and they said the broiler went out then the fire marshal showed up they need to redo this store great team great employees maintenance equipment sucks...I give my up most respect to the shift lead Cheyenne and her team still doing there job in a work place that is not kept up with there equipment or repair things for the employees to do there job ..

Me an my family decided to come to Burger King for a late dinner an the dining room door was locked an the sign on the door said dining room was open until 11pm an we got there about 9:02pm so we respectfully called an asked why it was closed an we tried to explain how the sign on the door said 11 an she decided to DISRESPECTFUL GET LOUD with me (the manger) so my sister called an she wasn’t to nice as she was very disrespectful to my family member the manger got really loud with her as well as a manger at another fast food place I would never get loud or be disrespectful with a customer all she had to say was she apologizes but she has no control over the changing the time on the door . An she would report it to her supervisor. To get it fixed. At this point I would rather drive to another Burger King than come here !!

Food is almost always fresh. The service is sometimes slower than I’d like but if I had to pick a little bit longer wait for fresh food I’d pick it every time! Can’t complain for sure
Parking: Parking right on site and plenty of it. I’ve never not been able to find a spot.

Went through the drive through at 6:02 and gave $13 thinking there was change. And there was no change the lady didn't count my money and threw it straight in her drawer. Tried to tell her when she came back and she lied and said she counted it when she absolutely did not. Told her it's not a big deal it's a dollar, but I would definitely double check your drawer your the manager because I can guarantee she has been not counting the money all day. The 3 nuggets I got were also not edible and underdone. Very disappointing.

Went in because drive through had three cars and none past the speaker. The lady at the counter was rude and didn’t even acknowledged me. Finally She slammed something on the counter and yell I be with you in a minute very rudely. I don’t think she likes her job. SMH I just turned around and left and went to arbys, the girl at the arbys window was so pleasant.
