7/14/25 Monday 6:45pm worker dark hair rd. glasses (girl) needs training on how to make blizzards if she would have turned it over before handing it to me it would have been on the ground. So soft was like drinking milk with scoops of ice-cream and strawberries, plus the ingredients running along cup 🥤 mess handing into car had to ask for napkins while she just laughed thus the rating very poor service today!?!

We were the four girls that came through the drive thru with 11 cones and a milk shake. The guy that took my card was a sweetheart, and funny. I just wanted to give you guys a good review for putting our cones in the drink carriers for us. Thank you guys!

Ordered two separate orders to be and to pass out in the car. They put it all together. Each of us asked for dipping sauce, we didn't receive any. They didn't even give us the wrong sauce. Just nothing. Staff was not friendly either. They didn't seem extremely busy. Not often am I one to complain, but come on.

Banister was sticky ,most tables were dirty and floor was sticky Fries came out cold ,waited a long time for food ,almost 20 minutes Employee named Nick didn't seem to understand we didn't want sundaes The pop tasted off ,think the diet and regular were switched around and the pop machine was very sticky

Everything says drive thru closes at 10 but when you pull you can see all the employees sitting down and telling customers they are closed.
The wife asked for ketchup, pickle only on her burger, and it was completely covered in mustard. An employee sped through the parking lot, almost causing a collision

Had ordered a sundae, was given the wrong one. The server was very confrontational and remade the sundae twice, still getting it wrong and not understanding. He then badly talked of me to the customers next in line, who happened to be family to me. Was very disappointed by the poor service.
