I'm giving a one star solely for cleanliness. The inside dining addition is great in the summer heat. When I stopped in this evening 6-23-25 at around 615 pm I ordered some items at your inside window....which i do frequently. As I turned to sit at the stainless steel tables I could see nothing but dirty sticky messes all along both of the longer tables. I asked for a rag so I can clean it before sitting....and to my surprise...I was given a rag. I would've preferred one of the 4 employees that were there at the time to take responsibility and clean the tables. I cleaned only the part that I was going to use...returned the rag....and asked for an application ( no i didn't want a job). When I finished I pointed out to one of the staff that tables needed attention....as I went to my car and drove away...nobody went to take care of tables. Very disappointed. I like Eric's....I'd hate to have this be common practice. I added 2 pics....one of the table shows part that I did not clean. Other was a tasty treat which I purchased. Yes...Bryan is a small town....let's take pride in customer service. Please. Thank you.

Order a FROZEN espresso not a cup of coffee. It was NOT frozen what so ever. It’s like they just dumped the ingredients in the cup and didn’t blend it with ice to make a FROZEN ESPRESSO. I was excited to try it because of all the recommendations but this is highly disappointing. The onion petals are good tho

Pro Tip: Eric's will allow you to substitute any hard dip ice cream in the buckeye sundae.
