Standard KFC fair. No issues and received what we ordered.

Was informed there was a 20-minute wait for any chicken with a bone. Ordered tenders and pot pie. Waited about 15 to 20 minutes. Tenders were good. Pot pie was barely warm. Had loud music blaring in the dining room. Asked girl at counter if they would please turn it down some. Said she didn't know how.

Came through at 8:45, they close at 10. No crispy, only had thighs & wings in original, no Mac and cheese because it was frozen. Why yall breaking down so early, break down an hour before close like everybody else has.

The food was small but the chicken was warm enough it was juicy and flavorful. “Did come at 7:00” the lady was the lady was eager to greet us” the mashed potato’s were cold and forgot my spoon but overall it was ok

The new Saucy! By KFC is amazing! Excellent tenders, sauces, sides and drinks. Favorite sauces are chimichurri ranch, saucy sauce, mango chutney, Creole honey mustard. The others are also really good. My favorite drink is the mango peach lemonade which tastes like lychee juice, and the hot honey watermelon which tastes like tamarind juice.

I know this place doesn't get a good rep, but it's got a few nice workers, a decent look to the building, and they seem to work hard. I've waited a long time for food before but it's not unexpected based on the line size and my order.

We have been sitting at the Bryan KFC for over 20 minutes. Ordered 2 chicken sandwiches and a mashed potato bowl. Never told about how long of a wait it would be. Went in to get our money back so we could go somewhere else and we're told they are a no refund store. We will never be back and I will make sure and let everyone We know to not come here either!!!! This place is a huge JOKE!!!!!! What happened to making the customer happy. The owner of this store should be ashamed of themselves!!!!!!

Awful!!! Only about 3 ladies and 1 man working dinner time. The man was texting on a phone the whole time. While in the dinning room there were 11 dirty tables. One of which I had to wash myself with a napkin soaked in water from the pop machine before I could set my kids down.

We ordered the chicken fingers mac and cheese mashed potatoes and gravy the only thing edible was the mashed potatoes and gravy. Mac and cheese tastes like you changed the cheese, the chicken fingers was like eating jerky

I am totally done with this place! My original was crispy telling me it was sitting awhile. The prices have skyrocketed beyond comprehension. I've always loved KFC this place has ruined it for me. I suggest getting new management and start paying a working wage to good employees to the owner!
