Called ahead for a larger order. I was told to give them about 20 minutes. Told the lady that took the phone call we would be there to pick it up in about half an hour. Arrived about 35 minutes after calling. Still had to wait almost 15 minutes for biscuits. One of the ladies working was rude and claimed she had no idea when we were arriving to pick up. Completely baffled at having to wait since there was only the one car in the parking lot and he was already seated and eating. Unfortunately not the first time for poor service. Will be the last time I purchase from them.

We ordered, paid, and were asked to pull into a parking spot to wait for our food. I don’t know how this practice got started, but it needs to stop. I understand it if someone has a big order, but every single car is ridiculous. I want to give a shout out to DEVON ( not sure of the spelling )… she was working her TAIL OFF. She was running orders, bringing chicken out, and you name it. They are very short staffed here, seems to be an issue in this area. We really appreciate DEVON, what a great worker.

I was informed that there would be a 15 minute wait for anything besides legs and wings when I ordered an 8 piece meal at 4:54 pm on a Saturday. This has happened for several weeks, and seems like poor management to me, to not be prepared for the dinner rush on weekends. It's already expensive and to be inconvenient as well is not worth the price.
