We ordered, paid, and were asked to pull into a parking spot to wait for our food. I don’t know how this practice got started, but it needs to stop. I understand it if someone has a big order, but every single car is ridiculous. I want to give a shout out to DEVON ( not sure of the spelling )… she was working her TAIL OFF. She was running orders, bringing chicken out, and you name it. They are very short staffed here, seems to be an issue in this area. We really appreciate DEVON, what a great worker.

I was informed that there would be a 15 minute wait for anything besides legs and wings when I ordered an 8 piece meal at 4:54 pm on a Saturday. This has happened for several weeks, and seems like poor management to me, to not be prepared for the dinner rush on weekends. It's already expensive and to be inconvenient as well is not worth the price.

Sticky floor, ladies working with long hair not tied up and no uniform on. There was a man carrying a baby around in the back the whole time I was here which was about 15 minutes, wait time was forever for only two people in the store.

Standard KFC fair. No issues and received what we ordered.
Was informed there was a 20-minute wait for any chicken with a bone. Ordered tenders and pot pie. Waited about 15 to 20 minutes. Tenders were good. Pot pie was barely warm. Had loud music blaring in the dining room. Asked girl at counter if they would please turn it down some. Said she didn't know how.

Don't use a credit card here. If they ring it up wrong, they can't correct it. Can't cancel it. Can't do anything but tell you "sorry". I ordered something with a coupon but they forgot it and rang up the regular price. I asked for a refund. "Sorry". I asked them to cancel it so I could reorder. "Sorry" Apparently, "corporate" won't even give them a key on the register to make a correction or void a sale. If they make a mistake, you're SOL. I wonder what I would have been told if they'd rang up $130 insteasd of $30? I don't think "Sorry" would have cut it.

Came through at 8:45, they close at 10. No crispy, only had thighs & wings in original, no Mac and cheese because it was frozen. Why yall breaking down so early, break down an hour before close like everybody else has.

The food was small but the chicken was warm enough it was juicy and flavorful. “Did come at 7:00” the lady was the lady was eager to greet us” the mashed potato’s were cold and forgot my spoon but overall it was ok
