After waiting over an hour, my pizza is still not ready, they sold it to someone else, pretty sure. NEVER WILL COME BACK! They're slow on a good day. Try telling me they couldn't get my 3 meat done cause they've been backed up, but my supreme and cheese bread is done and just setting there chilling. Smh! 👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻Booo

Byran Ohio location. Did you change your crust...the pizzas we picked up around 4 pm on May 31 were terrible. They should not have been given to anyone!!!

You know, they locked the lobby door when they're short on help. Someone told me I'd go up to pick up the DoorDash. The lobby door is closed now. There's no sign saying lobby door closed short on help. No sign saying lobby door closed back. No sign saying, go through the drive through, that's a little ridiculous. You don't want people expect something at least make them aware. It's called communication, and if they're short on help, you know, make people aware of that. It's just a little ridiculous.

My pizza was rock hard and barely warm, when i went to ask for a fresh one i was told that my rock hard pizza was up to standards and that when I have gotten soft pizza it was because ovens are always down and they aren't supposed to be that way. So I guess I was lucky that I was served top quality rock hard cold pizza from what I was told.
Online order tracking never works for me last “in the oven” so it took 1 minute to “prep” my order and get it into the oven. And 33 minutes to bake it and put it in a box!?? And no, it wasn’t busy AT ALL! This is the 3rd time the online tracker didn’t update, 8 wants shouldn’t take 30 minutes to make at little Caesar’s.
The management working tonight is working the window. But she can't hear at all. I asked for three meat, and Italian bread. I got nothing I ask for other then is the sauce. I got a stuffed crust and crazy bread. Not what I asked for at all. If you can't count on the management to do the right job who can you count on?
Went at 6:55 PM for online order and didn't leave until 7:50, I had one pizza with old world pepperoni and an order of the cheese filled puffs. When I pulled up to the window they said they accidentally made the pizza wrong and I asked them to re do it, guy told me it would be about 6 minutes and asked me to wait out front and he would bring pizza out. Long story short after 3 trips back inside asking them what was going on and 55 minutes later I walk out with no reasoning as to why it took so long a free brownie and burnt puffs.... Not coming back for that kind of service!
