The manager at Bryan’s Marcos needs to be fired. He personally verbally attacked a man that I was with on the phone. He was rude and inconsiderate to us. A very nice man we didn’t catch his name came to our house and personally payed for our pizza because he heard the manager being mean to us. We ended up paying him even in the end. This was a great act of kindness. We thank him.

Best pizza in Bryan hands down. This store gives you the best value for your money. Puzza is always hot and tasty. Cheezybbread is always a hit as well with the garlic butter dipping sauce. For being a franchise it definitely beats put some of the mom and pop shops. Although icehouse pizza is probably better for specialties, though more pricey. Marcos offers good deals on their online orders. Definitely the go to, if you want to feed the family on a budget.

Pepperoni Magnifico…. Sounds and looks amazing on the web…but in reality …. you get charged for a specialty pizza and delivered a one topping pizza with a free crust topper sprinkled on it. Very disappointed. It was still delicious… but not at all as advertised.

This was my first time trying Marcos pizza...I ordered a pepperoni and mushroom extra large 16" pie with the standard crust and it was very good..plenty of sauce that was tangy generous amount of mushrooms, burnt pepperoni edges that added more flavor plus I liked their 3 cheese blend..the staff was friendly and they handed me my hot pie in 20 min...it was a really good pizza. It's a better tasting pizza than donatoes...if you have not tried a Marcos pizza I recommend you do try it, if you do I think you will agree you will taste a better pizza. Marcos is my new place for pizza when visiting my gf in ohio

I tried ordering Marco's pizza tonight using one of their coupon codes online. None of the codes worked, so I called the store to ask if there was anything they could do to help me or if this was a known problem. The code didn't expire until January 24th, and there wasn't a start date on the coupon.
The gentleman who answered the phone listened to my concerns and told me he would get his manager. Seconds later he was back telling me that his manager told him, "if it doesn't work, it doesn't work." Really? So the manager won't even talk to me, and basically tells his obviously young and unexperienced employee to tell me there's nothing they can do because THEIR coupon code, with the Bryan, Ohio phone member on it won't work. I made sure to tell the person I was talking to that it wasn't his fault, but that I wouldn't be ordering from Marco's again.
I have been in retail for over 20 years, more than half of that in management, and I would never provide this poor customer service to any of my customers. Sad.

Marcos use to be my favorite place to eat pizza but when they refuse to extra sauce on and said they were they can't do that any I'm done doing business with them they lost a good customer! I canceled my order!
