Weirdly mismanaged MCDâs. Theyâll tell you âoh, weâre waiting on friesâ & then when you get your fries theyâre at least 20 minutes old. Used to be a good MCDâs with minimal issues but now you have to wait at least 20 minutes to always get cold & subpar food. Enter at your own risk.

The worst attitude including the manager just no customer care at all had issues with the order being wrong, bread overcooked or cheese when I said no cheese talk to manager didn't care this place can be better with the proper training and better management.

Are you kidding me!? This is the worst service I have ever seen. Their is people lines up madder than Iâve ever seen waiting for food then getting ignored. I waited over an hour for my food then they dropped it on the ground and said they would have another out later. Another 30 min for that. All the workers were giggling and joking around. No one gave anyone drinks so people were angry. I canât believe how unorganized and horrible the service at this place was. 0/10 would not recomend ever coming to this McDonaldâs. All the staff were children and could not care less about our experience or helping people in line.

Used mobile app to order and when we arrived we waited almost 10 minutes. The cars in the drive thru went through before we got our order. That was the 3rd time we used mobile app and it was the 2nd time we waited far too long. Clearly the drive thru gets priority. It would have been faster to go through drive thru.

We came to McDonaldâs here at this location we order a STRAWBERRY shake and they give us a vanilla shake mixed with strawberry banana smoothie mixed we called the store and the manager just said oh ok and hung up on us never coming here again

Ordered a cheeseburger a large coke. Waited over 15 minutes in drive thru, the children provided me with a plain burger and a root beer. Completely did not make what I paid for. Also the worker threw the bag inside my car instead of handing it to me and scoffed at me.

My Friend, we shall call "Sara" , purchased a McChicken Sandwich meal and was inconsolable when she arrived home to see her meal was infact a Double cheese burger meal. The error in the order was not the problem, the problem was actually who orders this type of burger. Now.. she does love cheese, everyone in Brian knows this, but there was extra extra chese on this bad boy.. Also there was so much mustard on it, it was dripping down her chin as she was eating.. very gross. Next was the pickle issue. In her words " There's like 50 pickles on this, who puts this much pickles on a burger.. I'm not complaing, I love pickles". She didn't want to return to the restaurant due to actually eating the burger she was complainting about.. but if she hadn't, she certainly would have asked for her proper order.
