I went through the drive-thru, and the experience was fantastic. The staff were excellent: very friendly and quick to take my order. Best of all, the food was freshly made, the fries were piping hot, and the burger was perfect. Definitely efficient and high-quality service for when you're in a hurry. I'll be back!
We had a little bit of confusion this morning with a reward, but after we had left and noticed the issue we had called the store to address it. Jessica helped us and said that we could come in and she will take care of it. Just wanted to shine a little light on Jessica! She’s always so nice when we come through, and she always does her best to make things right! She definitely holds it together in there! Shoutout to Jessica for being an absolutely amazing manager and always...
The worst attitude including the manager just no customer care at all had issues with the order being wrong, bread overcooked or cheese when I said no cheese talk to manager didn't care this place can be better with the proper training and better management.
